My order came in fast and complete, no issue's. I ordered parts for 2 Different Harley's and they are correct parts.

The current lead time is listed at about 8-10 business days to receive the item. As for the material, I do believe that it is a synthetic leather material but I cant find a direct answer to that on Cobra's site so I am not 100% sure.
