I've ordered multiple times (and used my largest order as reference here). I've been satisfied each time. I've had a couple items that took a long time to ship, but customer service was quick to respond and even provided me with a coupon for my next order. On another order, a bodysuit went indefinitely out of stock, and I was immediately given the item amount in my wallet towards another item.
The bikinis are by far the greatest I've owned. They are flattering and comfortable, with accurate sizing.
A superior product and good customer service makes this an easy review. The belt is the best and most flexible I've ever owned, I never feel cramped anymore, or cut in two. Fast shipping and good products.
Shoes are great quality especially for the price. Their Instagram is a wonderful tool for choosing new styles. I recently order a few pairs and had to return 2 of them as they were far too big, but I did order the same shoes again in a smaller size as They were beautiful. I have been staying in the USA and received and returned them from there. Shipping to USA was very fast. Returning them unfortunately was expensive and I encounter some issues with the parcel being accepted back, but they responded in a timely matter and the problem was eventually resolved. I will continue to shop with it as I love the styles even though I know returning them isn't cost effective. I just hope their shoes stay true to size so I don't have to! I love their sandals totally! Shiny and in good-quality! I must say you will forget your foot if you wear them, size and color satisfy me and bring me a big surprise! Though the shipping takes some time but I can bear that. You should not miss it!

I ordered two dresses. The quality was terrible. Looks like a project from amateur home ec. When I emailed for returning they offered 20% back. I politely declined and wanted a return label. A week later still no response after attempts of acquiring a return shipping label. I'm pretty sure I'm out the money I spent. I'll never shop here again. Do not take the chance.
I should've known not to order from this site when I saw it wasn't in the U.S. but instead in some warehouse in China?! The quality of your clothes is not worth the full price you charge they sell the same items on AliExpress for half the price. Refund your customers! My package had a missing item that I was not notified about. Bad business is bad business spam and scam your way up to 4-5 stars all you want the truth will always unveil.
Watch out for that site. The products they offer are actually made from the Chic Me ' website. The quality of clothing is disastrous and it takes three months to send the packages. Don't waste your money, don't buy them.
What I love about this store is the wide selection of hip products that they carry at good prices. They ship quickly and every time that I have had an issue, their customer support has been quick to fix the issue!
Looks exactly like the picture though they ran just a tad bit small. I'd definitely buys again just in a bigger size, This isn't my first time to buying on joyshoetique, and definitely not the last. Also, joyshoetique has great customer support, they are very efficient and they will help you to solve your problem in no time. I ordered M for a bit of a looser feel, not a fan of tight lines. I highly recommend!

Honestly i'm surprised about the quality of the products and the time it takes for delivery. People tend to forget that you get what you pay for but the quality is very good for it's price! Moreover, it only took 7 days for my products to arrive (maybe it's because i live near china where their warehouse is located).
Overall, my experience with joyshoetique was excellent and i cannot wait to shop again in the future!

The clothes in this site are quite different than the rest of clothing shops (which usually take the same fabric and make a bag of potatoes with it, with no shape at all).
During a period I needed bigger sizes and I could wear them knowing that at last something bothers to design clothes for us.
The quality is good. It is not the finest, but for the prices it is more than adequate.
I bought here my dresses for my party, everyone was asking me for their designer!

Their customer service was above and beyond. The shoe quality is higher than expected, clothing quality was okay but I'm happy with it, it's a good value for money. Shipping was so much faster than expected as well! They came so quickly in the mail that it was all really cute and true to size.
Although first pair was too large, the company was good with their back n forth msgs and allowed me to get a smaller size. That new pair just arrived and fits perfectly. I like the shoe very much. And I appreciate the customer service they gave me. Thank you.
