I have purchased. A few furniture items, home deco items and out door fountains from Joss and Main. I love the quality of products, the price, the ease of ordering, the timely arrivals. All my shipments have been early even during this Pandemic. This company has truly been a blessing..

Will never order from this company again! Waited months for a complete bed and made repeated calls to check on status never received the footboard. The initial shipment arrived in boxes that smelled like they had been shipped in a manure truck. After storing half an iron bed for months Canceled order after second foot board was supposedly lost. Order never completed.

When I entered my zip code into the "Zip Code" field, I then hit, the "next" button, thinking I had finished entering the required information. However, an error message on the page appeared and kept telling me to "Enter City and State". Problem was there were no "City and State" fields to enter any information! They didn't appear until I entered the zip code -twice! You need to have separate fields of "City and State" alongside the "Zip Code" field - just as every other website does - or change your algorithm so that when the zip code is entered, the city and state automatically populate - one or the other.

Joss & Main needs to take a page out of Amazon's book as to how to make for an easier checkout. This was my first order with your company and not a particularly nice experience. I hope this isn't a "red flag" of sorts... Oh, and don't get me started on trying to log onto your website... Again, take a page out of Amazon's book. I like Joss & Main's merchandise but the store needs to improve its information submission/checkout pages.

I love the website... especially for the free shipping after your first purchase. But, be weary that that does not apply for 'big ticket items'. You'll see free shipping and additional shipping in your cart with no explanation. As a customer, I don't appreciate this surprise, but I understand that its probably a cost from the supplier.

Dont like the count down til checkout. Makes you feel rushed. No one like to shop feeling rushed.

I have ordered several items in the past few years from Joss and Main. Unfortunately, Joss and Main are not always the best prices! You can find the same products or better for less at TJ Maxx, Marshall's and Ross! The quality is not always the best either.The photo's look amazing but, I have received product that is cheap and went back for a return! Don't get me wrong some of their items are nice but, I have lost faith in the company when I saw the exact same product at a store mentioned above for much less.

It's disappointing that a site with this type of merchandise doesn't have the option for gift wrapping or a gift receipt. I bought a shower gift from here and am having it shipped directly to the recipients as they are out of site. They will now know exactly how much I spent and it will come just in a regular box. I care less about the box/wrapping and more about them knowing the cost.

I understand that certain items need to go out per a freight/UPS/FedEx, however it is deceiving to advertise "free shipping" when it is not "free". I would instead advertise, "Free shipping on most items" or "Free shipping on items weighing less than".

After stating they "made a mistake" Joss and Main refused to uphold their pricing and, even after stating the order was shipped, that they are not honoring it. After writing a review here, other site, and contacting them, they did end up honoring their order.

I ordered some of the products online over the holidays 2014. However, I was disappointed that it took over 2 weeks for the custom jewelry products to came in. It came from a vendor that Joss & Main affiliated with, so my gifts to my sister did make it time for her BD, which was near Christmas. Since then I have been hesitate to order anything from J&M although I do see they have many beautiful home decorations. Last but not least, I would give them 4 stars but their website is very confusing to navigate to view the products. I think they should simplify it so its not too overwhelming.

Very disappointed to see an "Additional Shipping" charge of $150 added at the very last step. It is really bad to have the words "Free Shipping" plastered on every page along the way then add this. The product page speaks to the high quality of the delivery service but never mentions the cost nor the fact that it would be additional. Took an very happy find, to a begrudging purchase.

At the end of May I order the bedroom so true way here. It took about a month before I get my merchandise. When I receive my bedroom said it look like it was made from a secondhand store The quality is not good. The drawers were messed up, it almost looks like it was a return and then sent to me. I did however call Wayfair I did get a replacement for the nightstand, but I did not want the double dresser one it took too long and I just canceled it. But for the amount of money you guys charge for these products the material you use is terrible. I will never order from you guys again.

I had Rewards Dollars, which the website clearly stated would be automatically credited to at checkout. That didn't happen, but I have contact Joss and Main via email... waiting for a reply. Hopefully, they are not willing to lose a return customer over such a small amount of money.

I have ordered a few things from Joss and Main in the past and have been happy with their products and the resolution to an issue I had with one order. However, when I check the pricing of their products against other sites (just today compared their Lexington Home Furniture against a regular furniture store), Joss and Main is 90% of the time higher in price. And if you factor in the cost of shipping, which other stores will provide gratis, Joss and Main's prices become much more. They've lost me as a customer.

I just ordered jewelry for 2 co-workers which was very inexpensive but looked expensive. I love to look at the Joss and Main's web-site for great bargains for my family.
Last week, I ordered a beautiful mirrored jewelry box with white beads on top for my daughter. When it arrived today it was shattered. Only one piece of packing PAPER. Come on.! Understand you all are extremely busy, but I was so disappointed

Tip for consumers:
be careful for delicate items being shipped! Mine was destroyed I had to write on their site instead of talking to a customer rep and should hear tomorrow some time for a response

The navigation on the site is poor in terms of being able to search. I get the approach in that they would like consumers to drill down into an event as it exposes them to more product rather than receiving hits for a specific search. The challenge is that, as a consumer, I don't have time to drill down into each event. My recommendation is to provide a service that helps the consumer find definitive results.

It's very disappointing to see something that I like, only to see that it's already sold out. That's very frustrating. Joss and main have a lot of very unique items that I can only afford when they are on sale. Yet I hate to look at their sales, because so much sells out so quickly,. I wish they would remove the items from the site once they sell out.

Unfortunately what you see on the screen looks better than what you get in real life. For some reason, in the three orders, something has been broken. I don't know who is handling the shipping end, but it has been a problem. I'm trying them one more time, and if I have the same issue, I won't buy from them anymore.

Stuff on screen looks better than in real life, quality wise.

Fantastic product line and good prices on the front end... BUT just got stabbed when checking out with a $175.00 shipping charge and that is WAY too high as I ship items across the country. AND for this high cost of shipping, all I received was about 2 weeks on the delivery. That's not good business

The company must offer ways to remove shipping and handling and/or discounts for customers that are consistent consumers and value Joss and Main.

I've gotten some nice things at fair prices from both Joss and Main and Wayfair. But I've also avoided some disasters by being sure to comparison shop before buying ANYTHING from this retail group. Case in point... was considering a flatwear set at J and M this morning. Found it was double the price of the exact same set found on Amazon. In addition, Amazon had quite a few reviews stating that this particular set rusts because its 18/0 stainless... Good deals are possible... but buyer must beware when shopping these retailers.

I purchased a set of 3 mirrors for 57.00. It had been there for days at the price. I paid for it and started to receive the items on the large purchase I made. Almost 10 days later I get an email saying the price had been marked incorrectly and they cant fulfill my order. So, my issue is that you send me the item I paid for. You incorrectly priced the merchandise. That is not my fault and should honor those who paid for it. You should not tell the customer almost 2 weeks after,,, oops. That is not how most stores and businesses work. You correct it after and then make sure the new customers pay that amount. Not the ones who already paid for their merchandise. Very upset and will let everyone know. Not happy with Joss and Main.

Their website is messed up and no one is doing anything about it. I reported "submit" pages that lead to "this page no longer exists". Phone reps don't care. Why doesn't someone follow through when I notified them of a double order. No info was sent on returning one item. More pages "no longer exist" for submitting questions. UGH

It seems this website over-inflates regular prices just to make it look like you are getting a good deal.

I did purchase 2 bracelets because the prices were less on Joss and Main than they were on another website, but when I searched another website for the same items, the other website does not show that these bracelets were worth 98.00. The bracelets I bought from here were supposedly on sale for 20.00 marked down from 98. However, the same bracelets can be found here with a regular price o

Where is my order being sent? I clicked on submit order and got just the thankyou, which is very nice. However, I live in both Florida and New York, and there was no shipping option.
