I don't like to buy glasses without trying them on, but because the reviews were so high on these Gucci sunglasses, I thought I would take a chance and purchase them. I am glad I did. They are beautiful and sophisticated looking. They come with a cleaning cloth, and heavy case. They are authentic, and simply beautiful.

Bought a watch from them. It was an open box purchase but the website says that it has a 5 Year Jomashop Warranty. I returned it for a replacement. They said that was the last one they had in stock. So they refunded my money. They did NOT refund the full amount. Nor did they pay to have it shipped back to them. So I am out that money because they clearly shipped me a defective watch. Did not work out of the box. I highly recommend not dealing with this company.

The process of purchasing from Joma Shop on line was easy and required little effort. My purchase arrived within 5-7 d. As promised and I was initially happy. However, after a short period of time I found the watch would just stop functioning. I called customer service and could not have asked for more customer friendly service. Leah in customer service offered to pay for a new battery as she expected that was the cause. As it turns out the battery was fine, just not secure and had popped out of place. Happy customer! Thank you.

JomaShop always has the best prices out there and usually have the hard to find items available. I always check JomaShop before any other sites because they have the lowest price and best selection out there! And their Customer Service is amazing! Make JomaShop your #1 and you will be happy!

I was looking for a Orient Sun and Moon Open-Heart, and JomaShop was one of the few reputable online shops that had the exact one I wanted in stock. It also had the best prices and decent shipping options. To qualify for a promotion, I also bought a pair of Carrera sunglasses which were were high quality and overall saved me money on my order. My order shipped quickly and came without a hassle. Very please with the value and quality of everything I received. Would go back to JomaShop to look for my next watch!

I consider myself a watch connoisseur... When I found JomaShop.com it was the most comprehensive collection of fine watches I have ever seen... Shipping was easy the product quality was tops and the deals were fantastic. So whenever I look at my watch box to pick what I will wear it is easy to do because of my fine watches that I got at JomaShop.com I recommend them highly it is a great deal and they have everything you are looking for.

Ordered a watch from Jomashop which at the time of ordering said it was In Stock. Ordered it for my wedding which is in a few weeks so I ordered 2 day shipping assuming I would have it in that time. 2 weeks passed and still no watch. Contacted customer service via email and phone and was not answered, disconnected, or was told they "have no updates at this time". Now when I look online it says the watch is a "Special order" and to contact them for delivery time. Such a joke because when you reach out they have no update and no idea when the watch will come! The lady I FINALLY got in contact with via chat, Shadley, was entirely unhelpful and took 10 minutes between her responses to my questions. I asked her how to go about cancelling my order and she responded with an automatic response saying it was cancelled, then disconnected the chat without another word. Very happy I cancelled and will not be shopping at Jomashop again.
