I'll start by saying your prices are phenomenal and your watches are legitimate. That is why I buy from you. I will say though that it's a gamble when I buy because you have the worst customer service I've ever encountered. If there is something wrong with the watch you do nothing about it. My fiance bought me a Movado and it came broken and scratched. You did nothing to fix the problem and your representatives were beyond rude. I had to spend $200 to have it fixed at a watch dealer.

The order (#M15C7884) was completed easily and arrived earlier than expected, which was perfect because the watch I had ordered was a gift for my friend. It arrived perfectly safe, cushioned in plenty of protective packaging, and the actual branded box (Tissot) was attractive and protective as well.

I like watches. So far, I have three. All Japanese. A while ago I decided I needed something solid on my wrist every now and then, and at the same time something cool - like a pilot watch. So I did a profound research and out of a great deal of models I picked Citizen Nighthawk. Man, I proved to myself I know stuff. Not only did I pick an awesome respectable watch, but also I found the best price. No one can beat Jomashop's price. And the quality is great. If I decide to supplement my watch collection I'll definitely go to Jomashop first.

I ordered an invicta gold watch from jomashop. Just that the shipping did not arrive the day it said it was supposed too. It got to me the very next morning. But it was probably the weather those days it was pretty bad. When it go to me i was very satisfied the quality was very good. I love the watch... I know where my next purchases are going to be from jomashop.

Their prices are very low compared to other places which raised suspicion initially, but after multiple purchases from them I can confirm that they are legit. Everything I bought from them has been in their original packaging and brand new with zero issues whatsoever. I won't hesitate purchasing from them again in the future. I've bought a watch and sunglasses from them. The sunglasses' MSRP was I think $129, but I got it from jomashop for $80. Needless to say, I'm a very satisfied customer.

Bought this watch for my husband's birthday and he loved it. But he lost the watch a week later which is a bummer :( - if I could win the raffle I would love to buy him this watch as an replacement again. (Please pick me lol) shipping was quick and packaging was awesome. Great experience overall - my order number is M1M1679

Be very careful when you purchase from Jomashop.

I've bought six watches from this website. Two were delivered VERY late (+3-weeks).

On the sixth watch, I returned a pre-owned Tudor Fastrider Black Shield, which I purchased for almost $3,000.

I wore it once.

When I returned it (within the 30-day window), they told me it had signs of wear (note: I purchased it pre-owned), and after I spoke to customer service, they acknowledged that the claim of a pre-owned watch showing "wear" was a silly claim.

Thus, Jomashop charged me $500 for a restocking fee (16.67%).

Very disappointed with this website.

Personally, I'll be more careful to deal with them in the future.

I'm the type to scour the internet for hours just to make sure I find the best price. The first time I ordered a watch through Jomashop, I was a little skeptical as to why the prices were so much lower than everywhere else. It turned out not to be a scam which is why I trusted them with my Ray-Ban purchase (M16C3368) recently. I am very pleased with the price I paid and I have been getting non-stop compliments on my sunglasses. You now have a loyal satisfied customer in me.

I recently discovered Jomashop through a friend who is also a watch aficionado. I was skeptical at first, but the experience could not have been easier- from selection to shipping and payment I could not have had a better experience. I would and have recommended this to anyone who asks. It could be trouble for my pocketbook, but with their fantastic agreement with Affirm for affordable monthly payments, I anticipate my collection beefing up over the next few months (Order M*******)

I have been purchasing from Jomashop for years. Always happy with my items. Top quality, best price and fast shipping. But on a watch that I needed repaired, Jomashop went out of the way (and I mean waaaay out of their way) to get things taken care of. Great team! Cant wait to make my next big purchase from them!
