All went fine and the product was delivered quickly and in order.
On the other hand I was originally considering different, more expensive watch. Unfortunately there was a doubt about the exact product, which Jomashop's CS was not able to clear out. Pity.

Horrible

Glasses broke in less than a month. Customer service was below subpar and condescending. Even after throughly explaining the damage to the extent that seemed nearly impossible to continue wasting my time explaining. As a veteran Rayban customer, fan and collector I know for a FACT that my item must of been faulty. I've had some sunglasses of mine for over 10 years, many falls, been sat on, dragged and thrown by a toddler. And all have lasted me thus far, just like I have others that have never been abused or tested, in case you want to assume I'm irresponsible again. My point is that I buy them for their extreme quality and resilience. Now my first purchase with Jomashop broke by merely falling off of my lap? A shame, I really wanted to like your shop. But just on lack of customer service I say NEVER AGAIN.

Amazing Watch! - Great buying experience!

I bought a brown dial Seiko Automatic watch from Jomashop and it was a great deal! No other website had the watch I wanted for a better price! I am thrilled with my watch and will definitely be ordering from them again soon.

Fast shipping, item a little defective

Great service, glasses arrived quickly. Frame of sunglasses was misshapen. I heated water, then heated the frame, and slowly worked the frame into proper shape. Quite satisfied so far, but a little surprised that frame looked like a factory reject. I have sold glasses and have fixed them in the past, so not a huge deal for me. In fact, I bought the same glasses a few years ago, and they also had a frame defect, which was replaced by Ray-Ban. Jomashop is a good company as far as I have experienced.

Starwalker Midnight Black Resin Ballpoint Pen was purchased. This was my first order with this company. Item was shipped very quickly and packed very carefully. Pen was in perfect condition and as described. Payment taken as indicated and online checkout was easy. No problems at all. Would happily order again and can recommend company without reservation to friends and acquaintances. Did a fair bit of research and this was by far the best price found for this pen. Excellent experience overall.

Great site, fast shipping

I was able to get an amazing Kingdom collection Burberry coat off of Jomashop. I'm so glad they had my size as I could only find it in an outlet last year that was too small and still too close to retail price. In my opinion, it was a great deal and the coat came in perfect condition and in only a matter of days. They have a lot of other great Burberry items listed that I have my eye on. I plan to shop here again.

Very bad customer service

I purchased an Omega watch ($3975) for my father as a father's day gift back in May. Couple days ago my dad said there's water in the watch now. I double checked with him if he has "locked" the watch and he said yes. Called customer service today. The person's attitude was careless and hang up on me when I was trying to ask more questions. I had to call back to ask more questions. I remembered when I was purchasing this watch, it took forever to get hold of the customer service and the unprofessional manner that the customer representative showed me truly "impressed" me. I hope the watch will get fixed as soon as possible. And more training needs to provide to your staff. Thank you.

Worst customer service experience of my life. They scratched my $300 watch - when it was in for warranty repair, only had it 5 weeks - and they will not replace it or refund my money. Technically i have owned this watch for 20 weeks. It has been in their possession for 15 of the 20 weeks. I regret that i was traveling and could not send it back for full refund as soon as i noticed it was defective. I missed the refund date by 10 days. Customer hung up on me, called me "stupid" and that it is okay for a "used" watch to have scratches. I didn't go rock climbing with this thing. Give me a break. This place only cares about getting you to give them $$. They don't want a customer, they want $$. WILL NOT RECOMMEND.

I finally ordered my first watch from Jomashop and couldn't have been happier.
About 2 weeks after it came the watch was on sale for $146 less, I called and with their 30 day price guarantee in effect I was credited $46 by Jomashop and the other $100 was sent to me via check. The watch I had bought was even a better deal and the folks@ Jomashop were very helpful all during the "whole" process.

Looking forward to my next watch from them soon.

I ordered a watch for an event two weeks in advance, specifically selecting a watch with a 1-3 business day expected shipping date. Soon after I placed the order, I was told that it wasn't in their warehouse and it would be an additional 3-5 business days. It has now been 8 and they are not responding to my inquiries. Also, I noticed that the "ships is 1-3 days" stayed up on the product page the entire time, purposefully misleading customers.

The product will not arrive in time for its intended purpose and they have not offered any compensation.

I will update the review to include quality when/if my order has been received.

Affordable price for luxury brands.

I was planning to buy this item for a while now but the price was beyond my capacity to pay. My friend suggested me to lookup on Jomashop and bang I got it there at a price I could afford.

Most importantly the product that was delivered was new and in good condition and not a throw away one on heavy discount.

I checked the range of products they offer and I recommend it to everyone. I have already made few more orders online today.

Good store

Ordered a watch to germany. Didnt arrive within 10 days so i contacted the support. Fast and helpful. The delivery service lost my package and they instantly sent a new one which arrived a few days later. 100% would buy again. Bad thing is the watch had no certificate.

Perfect Service - Great Products

I went in a trip to USA 2 months ago, i had look for a watch for days in many markets, malls and even on Amazon, but only on JomaShop i find the best service, price and product. Everything is as detailed in the website, once i ordered the watch it just arrived in 2 days at my hotel front desk. I use my watch every day and i am totally happy with it.

This is my 3rd order with Jomashop. My watches have all arrived factory fresh with all stickers, tags, and packaging in place. I was hesitant at first to order nice watches over the internet, but I am glad I did. Much fresher than ones I've purchased in-person at dealers that already had stickers and packaging removed. When I called customer service they're always helpful.

Scammed by Jomashop

I ordered a watch for my partner in India. The watch was priced at 134.99USD. Delivery charges that were charged to my CC were 41.37$. A total of 176.36$ was paid by me wen i checked out. To begin with it took a month for the watch to be delivered on top the indian post office delivery guy charged my partner another 71.45$. Basically the watch costed me 134.99$ and delivery charges were 112.82$. Almost the bloody price of the watch. I don't believe it takes 112.82$ to ship a small watch to India from US. Been ripped off. Never in my life am i gonna shop with you guys every again. I am also going to aware others about the way you guys steal our money. Disgusted by Jomashop

The watch sucks.

The screw in crowm for the return timer only lasted for 45 days. Can't screw it in now. Not covered in the warranty. If I made something of quality, it should cover ALL workmanship! I would not recommend this Sea King to anyone. I had a MTM Patriot going on its 5th year, it got stolen, the only thing I needed to do was put in a new battery. It worked and looked just like the day I bought it. I am glad I only paid under 200.00 for it, 775.00! What a joke... Glad I didn't pay that much for something that is not water resistant anymore.
