I have bought many watches frm jomashop, and never had a problem. Just bought two automatic watches for Christmas presents. They were as advertised, brand new and without issues, plus fast shipping. Will be buying from them again.
After extensive research prior to my first purchase, I have come to love Jomashop. As is well established, their selection and pricing is second to none, however, my last experience truly establishes them as a premier timepiece source. After personally entering the wrong shipping address, and the shipping company compounding the issue, Jomashop went well out of their way to correct something they certainly did not cause, and order to delivery was still less than 2 weeks. I cannot thank their personnel enough for the significant due diligence in correcting the issue. They have certainly acquired a lifetime loyal customer.
I purchased a MK watch for my girlfriends birthday and I'm not going to lie I was a little skeptical at first, seeing how it was cheaper than anywhere online plus I've never heard of the site. Only took about 2 days to arrive and the watch was mint. Definitely recommend the site.

I purchased a citizen watch from Jomashop. The watch stem fell out when adjusting the date. Jomashop would not warranty the watch. Fortunately Citizen has allowed me to return the watch but I will still need to pay a fee to have the watch repaired if it is original and can be fixed.
I would not buy from this company again. It is best to pay a bit more and buy from a authorized distributor of the item you are looking for.
