Website was easy to navigate, great prices, and fast shipping. I usually buy from Amazon, but there was a bigger selection at Jomashop. I specifically wanted a Seiko with the metal band and Jomashop was the only place that had it. Would definitely use them again in the future.

To be honest, I'm losing trust because the item I ordered since Dec 27 2016 last year, still not come and the customer support keep saying 3-5 weeks and again after waiting 3 weeks, the customer support said another 3-5 weeks. It's also not easy to get hold of customer support. At least I have to wait 20 minutes on the phone until a human being answer.

I have purchased several watches from Jomashop over the last couple of months. I have also had to return some if they were not what I was expecting. My watches have been shipped to me promptly and their return policy works very well also. My only request would be that they include the length of the watch band in the detail section of each watch since that would have saved me a couple of returns if I knew the bands were spoken short.
Being my first time ordering a watch online I was a bit skeptical. However, I must confess that Jomashop met and exceeded my expectation. I received my watch in good time. Product was exactly as seen in the website and I have used this watch for about 2 months without any issue and I'm highly delighted. Henceforth, I plan to buy my watches through Jomashop especially with the huge discounts.

Easy website to shop, quick shipment. Enjoyed the experience. However I regret because my e-mail address is flooded of Jomashop e-mails. It is daily e-mails if not twice per day. Everyday I need to keep deleting e-mails from Jomashop and I'm tired of that. Sometimes I regret, should have paid more to don't have this burden now..

I have never ordered from Jomashop before but I was very happy with the service I received. The watch came a little later than anticipated but still made it very much on time. I've ordered a furla wallet... they sent me a used wrong color wrong style wallet that's 20% cheaper then what I've paid... then after mailing them none stop they offered me 15$ for the gap price not even covering shipment charges... worst service ever! As if they gifted you the item and you didn't actually pay for it... awful awful awful experience... NOT RECOMMENDED!
I experienced my first purchase with Jomashop, and I can assure anyone who is considering them to DO IT! Like the Kinetic watch I ordered from Jomashop. I even figured out a way to fast charge the watch within 5 minutes to reserve 6 months power.
Look and Feel: Great, Crystal Sapphire without any scratch for 2 months daily wear.
Accuracy: So far only one time I found the watch was faster than it should be, may be it is because the adjustment pin was accidentally touched. Otherwise, it stays with the Atomic Clock.

After receiving a defective watch from JomaShop I called and asked for customer support. I expected an exchange or an offer to refund my purchase. I had to call multiple times and after an extensive runaround, I was told that even though JomaShop sold me the defective watch, because it was the clasp that was broken (when I received it from them), they would do nothing to make the purchase right. I paid $300 for a watch that can't be worn!
