Worst customer service and I had the worst experience with Jomashop.
I ordered a Marc Jacobs Aviator Sunglasses for my dad. They ended up sending me a cheap plastic ladies sunglasses. Is this a joke? When I called the customer service, they were very rude and were not even ready to listen or solve my problem. They hung up on me twice, the supervisor was not even willing to talk. What kind of service you guys offer? Customers are treated really bad here. If you want to do good as a company, you should first focus on providing quality service to the customers who trust and purchase from your website. Also, please rehire some goode customer service agents who are service oriented and have a right helpful attitude. Terrible service and will never order again.

I have always had interest in watches and constantly on the lookout for good brands that are priced attractively. Jomashop leads Amazon by a wide margin and I have not seen a website that beats its selection, prices and that assurance you are getting an authentic brand. Until, this is contested and proven otherwise, I will continue to buy from them.
I am a teacher. I always stand a lot, so comfortable shoes are a must for my health. I often suffer from foot pain due to shoes, but I found my favorite shoes at Jomashop at a steep discount. The shoes arrived quickly, even though it was an overseas delivery, within 10 days. As an overseas buyer, I was able to conveniently track the delivery and customs clearance process through messages.
The packaging was good, and most importantly, the quality of the product was excellent. The leather of the shoes was surprisingly soft, unlike other new shoes that usually cause discomfort. I am very satisfied with my Jomashop shopping experience and plan to use it frequently in the future.

After all said and done they charged me 32.00 to my pay pal for shipping
I paid 212.00 to return a Rolex that didn't fit...bad practice charging me after I spent about *******.00

The watch was well packaged and well received. Watch set-up had been taken care of by JomaShop. Pricing was very competitive but postage costs made it only marginally cheaper than local prices (with GST included). Overall very satisfied purchaser. I can't fault JomaShop.
The deal was so great, typical for JomaShop, that I bought five of them for family. I have made numerous purchases from JomaShop from low cost items to those in the several thousands. I only buy from here as I get best quality at truly the lowest cost anywhere, internet or brick and mortar stores. Regarding this watch specifically, it is very handsome and feels of quality despite the low price. The only drawback is that it does not have date. I enjoy wearing it almost as much as my much more expensive automatic watches. It's a nice watch especially for the money.
We ordered a number of watches from this store and the experience of receiving a return authorization and return instructions was very bad. It took them almost 2 weeks to receive the needed details. Very unhelpful and unfriendly on the phone when I called to inquire about my return request status. Would not recommend to other potential buyers, at least be aware that the return process is extremely lengthy.

I'm from Brazil and it was my first purchase at this store and I'm disappointed, buy an invicta 7427 in the promotion and simply his rubber bracelet came rotten, that's right! It's unbelievable! I took her hand and the bracelet shattered. I would love to continue shopping, but only if jomashop solves my problem!
Purchased two watches from them in late November 2016. Arrived in early December and one of them was defective upon receipt. I returned it to them in exact accordance with their stated procedures and once they confirmed that they had received it back, our full payment was refunded with no hesitation. They even paid for return postage! Have since bought another 3 from them. Highly recommended.
I wonder why Jomashop have so many fake positive reviews when their products are faulty customer is horrible. I bought a watch which stopped 3 months later. Tissot refused to honour warranty & said no other brand will honour Jomashop product as they are not authorised to sell any branded stuff & they are grey sellers. When contacted Jomashop first agreed to cover the cost of repair but later one of their rude lady Grace refused to cover that as well.

At first I was also very concerned about the problem receiving the goods more slowly than expected as when buying online the other, but it's surprising when that did not happen at Jomashop. You just can't beat a good watch. They are a great addition to anything you're wearing for work, casual dress or formal wear, sports, etc. Jomashop has it all.
