You advertised something on sale and give a choice to buy it online or go to the store and tells you to put the name of the store and to buy it and tells you how many is there when you get to the store it's a completely different price use the words online only
They're just bad. I won't shop there again. They told me they set up a claim for me yet no agent was ever assigned and I wasn't refunded my full amount which was around 200 or 300. Never again will I shop at Joe fresh.
I bought a pair of jeans that were defective and blew apart at the seams. I requested a reimbursement after 4 washings. Their reply was returns are only within 30 days. Apparently it does not matter if the item was flawed or defective, after 30 days too bad. Jeans should last years, not months. As another contributor here I also had the underwear that blew apart right out of the bag, I did not bother to return them. There is no customer service from Joe Fresh so buyer beware
I purchased a hat online from Joe Fresh. They shipped the wrong size. When I contacted them, initially "Joshua" was not even able to locate my order number. I was then told they will refund my purchase and I can reorder it. I said no, just send me the size I ordered. After wasting over 20 minutes on the phone dealing with this, I got an email today stating they cannot ship me the hat as it is under $20. Clearly they do not have the infrastructure to succeed online.
I have liked most of my clothing purchases UNTIL
I signed up for email ads and was promised 20% promo discount on first online purchase. I tried to use it ten minutes after receiving it but was told it had expired. The purchase charge went through. I sent an email explaining the app glitch. Received an immediate reply that it would be dealt with by a different department and given a case number. 12 days later and two further emails by me and no response. Tried to phone customer service but they only tried selling a medical alert by robo message. Still no human response or discount. AWFUL- they have lost my business and that of daughters plus other family.
Got some great deals on clothes for my granddaughter and grandson. Purchased for my 3 daughters, husband and myself while at it.
Clothes were stylish, good quality and great prices. Website was very easy to navigate in. Received order in 4 days from purchase.
Will be ordering from this site a lot more now that I have tried it.
I tried ordering Joe Fresh through Rakuten & directly from their website. It never lets me complete the order. I keep getting notices to try later. I sent an email to ask why & it took them over a month to reply & they replied in French!?!?!?
Jenn the manager at Joe fresh is a very rude crazy that looks for trouble from nice customers. She talks bad about people argues and has fits.! She's been reported many times hopefully she's not there to cause scenes anymore
Shopped before online. This time, when I returned a item via mail, I was charged $8. Looked on site and found where $8 return-shipping fee is $8. I could have returned it to SuperStore for free. Wish I was made aware.
I bought one thing: underwear. They literally blew apart on the very first washing. Not my first rodeo. I've owned medium to good undapants and cheap ones but none have failed so quickly or so spectacularly. The elastics on these exploded like spaghetti squash after a single use. It was my first Joe Fresh purchase and also my last. 8 years ago. 100% Garbage. Rated 1 for the single day they lasted.
My worst experience ever! I was told I would receive a refund and not have to pay a shipping fee of seven dollars. The clothes arrived with animal fur all over them (disgusting, it was caked on) and a big hole in one of the items. I am extremely disappointed in how my order was handled and was told something different by your customer service. Later, I received an email saying I would have to pay for the return shipping. Now, I have to waste my time and my gas to go to the store and return this item. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Ordered in medium size, they sent in large, I called and asked them to call me back. No one did.
I shopped online so that I do not have to walk in to the store. I have to do that.

There's a huge discrepancy of pice online and in store, 1/3 of the purchase price, although the items are already inexpensive. I noticed the price on the tags are so much lower than the price I purchased online. (1 piece in full price) Called customer service, was advised the response time is 24-48 hrs. Didn't hear back for 3 days, so I called again, and the customer service rep told me the warehouse responded it's final sale and price is the price. It's the first time I purchased this brand and was shocked by their response and how a PC brand can be so neglective of their customer service. I guess there's a reason for the 2 star reviews.
Ordered a jacket on May 3. Still have not recieved. Called Joe Fresh 3 times for a refund and they keep saying that they have "escalated". This is Fraud, they charged my credit card and i didnt recieve the product. Just give me my damn refund so i never have to deal with this company ever again. I will be reporting Joe Fresh on every platform. They are a horrible sketchy company.
My order is 3 weeks late, I have asked for a manager to call me 2 times - still nothing! Canada Post has been of no assistance and the customer service representatives are useless and incredibly UNHELPFUL! Buyer beware - they do not care about your business, this coming from a representative at the Burlington location as well. SHAMEFUL SERVICE
Ordering online is a gamble. They sent me multiple items that were different than what I ordered from the website. And then the experiences I had with customer service weren't great either. I had to send them two very detailed emails to explain to them twice what items they got wrong and I sent them proof. The first time, I got no reply. So now I've written a second email and I'm still waiting to hear back. I also called them yesterday but the person I was speaking to kept putting me on hold. She seemed very hesitant to speak at all and simply told me to return the items. I asked if I could get a discount code to order the correct sizes and she said she would email me one but that the things that I originally tried to order are out of stock. So that's probably why they sent me random items to begin with and on top of that, I haven't got the discount code yet. I also think I should've been offered a refund instead of having to go to the trouble of returning things I never ordered to begin with. They're not very accommodating, especially for their own mistakes and I've been ignored twice by customer service through email. Shop elsewhere, it's not worth it.
I placed an order online and its being shipped to the wrong address, not able to change the address or cancel the order. So now, I am out of the product AND the money.
Sizes run a little bigger but quality and shipping timing are excellent. I would like to see more color selections, I will be shopping here again.
Escalated my situation to supervisor. Supervisor named Opinderdeep doesn't even address my concern and gives me seemingly an automated response.
Consistent quality 3/3 times ordered. The items were beautiful, hassle free and no strings attached 30% orders. Loving his store online right now.
