I want to refund my money,

I did not subscribe for premium membership, I just did trail and I canceled my subscription immediately after this, I got charged yesterday 349 AED why?!
I sent two tickets to refund and cancel my subscription but no response from the customer support till now
This is not acceptable
Pls cancel my membership and subscribion

As a 3D Artist currently on the job hunt, I decided to give JobLeads' premium trial a try. I found some of the webinars and resources really useful. While the specific 3D artist roles were limited (focusing more on architectural 3D design and senior positions), the platform still offers valuable tools for job seekers in other fields.

Just a quick note to keep track of your trial period, as I didn't get a reminder before it renewed automatically. However, the customer service team was fantastic—very quick and understanding.

Overall, if you're exploring job platforms, JobLeads has some great features, and the support team really stands out!
