Claudia gave constructive feedback, which I have now implemented. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that some of the information in my CV must have appeared as missing in the transfer (ie phone number and email which were present) so I have corrected this. I have also used her advice regarding my Personal Statement and listed my skills as bullet points so as to aid ATS. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.
So I started using JobLeads and as I was looking down the list, they ALL said, "For Premium Members Only". I'm not going to pay when there are MANY other websites that have listings for free. The pictures I have enclosed are from page 1 of my job search.

Navigating through the platform and user experience was great. However, I observed that I had difficulties finding HR related openings which would have been great. In addition, I also observe instances where after clicking on apply it takes me to indeed to apply instead of the platform which should be default.

It is very helpful to me and I would recommend it to everyone, it doesn't change anything on the CV it just makes your CV look and sound professional when the companies or whoever is hiring very easy to read. It just makes it more understandable and easier as it all comes down to one or two pages which is not lengthy. But short, sharp, and effective and straight to the point and giving the hiring company have enough time to go through the whole CV. And also giving them enough time to do other tasks within the company.

Absolutely stellar experience. Some of the feedback provided was stuff I had heard about but had no idea it was "stuff" that needed fixing immediately on my resume! The guidance was crystal clear and also complementary of the parts I DID do very well on, which all of us need to hear from time to time in this tedious job search process.
My biggest regret is not finding this group sooner and asking them for help. So many people on Linkedin will offer to "fix" your resume but they charge hundreds of dollars and often all they needed to do was point us in the right direction, then let us do it on our own for basically free.
I've been so lost for quite a while in this new world of AI and computers reading my submissions rather than real human beings. This team reminded me, this resume document's main goal is to SELL MYSELF, not just try to sound professional, or say the things everyone else says in my field. I have a background, years ago, in sales so I do know how to persuade and sell things I believe in. This team reminded me that's EXACTLY what my resume was lacking. Plus they pointed out I've left out so many awards, achievements, and filled my resume with just the day to day job responsibilities that everyone has. No wonder I wasn't getting much feedback after sending it out, even though I know I should be a top candidate for certain positions. I just didn't understand what I was doing wrong. I think many of us get lost and frustrated in the job search and fail to step back and see the big picture. This team helps you pause, take a deep breath, and do exactly that. I'm grateful!
