NO! They will not reply to your ticket requests for help with their non-stop billing! BEWARE!

It doesn't seem possible. They ignore emails and their ticket system provides no means of tracking progress (maybe because there is never progress). If you do have to deal with them, make copies of all forms before submitting them, and keep all emails sent and received. My experience is that they just want to wear you down to the point you give up.
Do not create an account or otherwise have anything to do with Job Leads.
