My experience here is bad, I was charged $75 without my approval, I paid for a two weeks subscription without approval of a subsequent renewal but I was charged, I'm not sure when you start keeping clients billing infor without their permission. I need this refund. It was charged yesterday which I immediately emailed the customer service that I need the refund
JobLeads is the greatest group i've ever found online when it comes to professionalism in job seeking. They edited my CV free for me and i could realize the difference among the old and new CV. They taught me several tips i had never come across. Kudus and keep up.

I subscribed to a Premium membership with JobLeads and canceled it on December 21,2024, the same day I first accessed the platform, as confirmed by their own email. Despite this, they continued to charge unauthorized monthly amounts, totaling over 805 SAR + 22 euros (approximately 223 euros). I wrote to customer service.
I initially had a negative experience, but I'm happy to say that everything was resolved in a positive and professional way. After raising my concerns, the team was responsive and helpful — we clarified the situation, and I received a full refund.
I truly appreciate their willingness to listen and make things right.

Job leads recieve 2 stars, if i didnt recieve my full refund they would hve gotten one star. This service is designed to scam. They charge you money to apply for a job, then you pay and suddenly the job is expired. And then I didnt use the service and they took $80 out of my account. After backwards and forwards emails, they refunded half of my money, then after more back and forth emails i eventually got my refund. They did not want to give me this refund though, which shows that jobleads is a company designed to take your money, it's not designed to provide a good service...not in the slightest.

The result i received from Job Leads after reviewing my resume was an eye opener as it expose the areas that are weak, areas that are strong, areas to add and what to add so that my resume can be demanding. I had unknowingly clicked a link which had permitted the app to deduct money from my credit card after the trail membership was over. Claudia gave constructive feedback, which I have now implemented. The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 is that some of the information in my CV must have appeared as missing in the transfer (ie phone number and email which were present) so I have corrected this. I have also used her advice regarding my Personal Statement and listed my skills as bullet points so as to aid ATS. Overall very pleased and would recommend to others.

Dear Marina, After my request for a refund of the "hiden" Premium membership with jobleads. I was told I would get back 50% of the first monthly charge, which is really good. Further, the membership contract was terminated as per my request and account deleted. So far this is what I was promised and I believe it will be the case.
Also I have tuned up my CV, thanks to the Jobleads specialists/website. Thank you all for that. One think is on my mind. It was impossible for me to get through to a live service adviser through the phone line given. I tried 4-5 times. I was always second on line. As last, thank you very much for your assistance in the request for the refund.
