Not finished my 14 days trial but tried to steal $96 3x. Until they succeeded to steal 3x@ $24 = $72. I could not attached all the receipts. Only one is allowed. Beware! Never subscribe from them!

They displaued job with highly paid jobs when you click on the job it ask you to sign up and pay some fee, which I did then actually offer is different what they show you in heading than automatic they deducted £59 from my account which I noticed in my bank than I tried contacting no number is provided, I emailed them no answer, I have deleted the pre approved payment but still lost my £59. Also cancelled on their website but not sure they will do anything about it. For now just cancelled the direct debit.

All they do is scam you and take your money when you are most vulnerable, automatically signing you up to the premium subscription when all you wanted was a free trial. They will drag out the customer service by replying only once every 24 hours coming up with different things to ask for before they just stop replying altogether. The jobs posted are just job ads off different websites, no headhunters as they claim.
They sucker you into a 14 day trial. Even if you mark a calendar date to cancel, it better not be one second past the exact time you subscribe because they will charge you. The resources were useless. Their customer service is basically collection agents telling you why you should pay even if you tried to cancel the same day in good faith. This is a money grab ripoff. Avoid.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother with TopResume either (same or affiliated company) unless you want to spend time correcting English and removing tacky, grammatically incorrect, wordy sentences. Also a giant money grab.

I literally logged in once to see that the "hundreds of headhunters" they had meant literally one in my area of discipline.
Horrible. Scam. They must sell email to advertises as after I signed up i got tons of SPAM. The jobs posted do not match either and many seem fake.
I canceled my trial period on time and they continued charging me €69.99 for 4 months
I have complained on several occasions and their responses are as ridiculous (when they respond because they usually don't) like this one today: (Marina Lemos

Thank you very much for your reply.
Unfortunately, we do not have any record of a cancellation notification from you in our database.
Please tell us when and through what channel you sent us your cancellation (email, registered letter, fax, etc.) so that we can verify your request. We also need a copy of your cancellation and a shipping document (the registered letter number, a fax report, a copy of your email with a screenshot of the outgoing message, etc.
To those intent to subscribe, this is biggest scam and useless website, do not subscribe, I used the trail subscription, it took me to premium without permission, later i want to cancel I couldn't do that since the information on website is mismatching, i tried to approach them, but no customer service to be approach. I wrote a complain review month ago, later afterwards received email that my subscription cancelled but this is was another scam since they still charge me for they useless website
Useless website, trying to cancel my membership. Couldn't find relative information, the instruction given doesn't match the website form. No any contact details or customer service email, only useless bot couldn't help any solution to solve the customer issue.
They charge $70 after a $3 two-week trial period without any advance notification. This is a complete scam!

Terrible customer service. Well overpriced for the amount of terrible jobs on their site, most of which seem made up because they take you to random insecure sites. Do not use.
Tip for consumers:
They say on the site that their refund policy is based on “individual circumstances” but this is 100% incorrect. They refer back to Ts&Cs every time and do not care about your circumstances.

This company is one big scam. Most of the job offers are not real and mostly unavailable by the time you send your resume. Also, they offer you a basic for $6.99 a month, but in reality you get charged for $64! Bunch of crooks, stay away!
With subscription of high cost premium service, as a customer I got nothing but junk e-mails of job postings not related in any way with my career goal. Don't waste your money.

I'm not a person who provides reviews offen, but these people are really sick. Using people situation to gain money is pathetic. Worthless don't subscribe for their 2£ subscription because they are not worth for 59£ per month.
Tip for consumers:
Don't trust this site even though trust pilot gives 4.5 stars
It's totally a scam. Just forwards you to a.pk site where you have endless ads popping up. None of the jobs are legit. They say go to linked in to apply. Amazing

In violation of California law, the firm refused to grant me a refund on the day they unexpectedly and automatically re-billed me. As per the law, they were required to send me notices of the impending automatic renewal between 3 and 21 days before the automatic re-billing, which they did not do.
I have filed a complaint against JobLeads with the Better Business Bureau, as well as with the California Attorneys General office, as well as filed negative reviews of their business practices on TrustPilot, SiteJabber, Google, Reddit, and ScamDetector.

Do not use this website, it is not helpful in any way and the people who run it are only interested in taking your money. I do not know enough about them to completely confirm their service is a scam but I would suggest to stay clear.
I signed on a trial membership and cancelled the same day as I found there was no worth to their site. They ended up charging be over $75.00 and will not reimburse me. I followed the instructions as per their website to cancel without charges and they charged me anyways. Beware of this site!
Waste of time. Websites should not write free sign ups when only premium members can actually apply for any job at all. Extremely Disappointing
Hi I took a trial from this website and paid 2.9 GBP however I asked them to cancel after 1 week. They cancelled my subscription but tried charging me 59 GBP. I was lucky that I used my disposable revolut card. After this they have been constantly threatening me to pay them 59 GBP + 10 GBP(charges)
Now they have sent me third warning and they asked me to pay otherwise they give my profile details to collection agency.
This is when I already told them to cancel my subscription. Guys they are a team of scammers, please don't fall in their trap.

I tried their resume vetting service
It's a total scam, when i subscribed for the trial they stated that my amount would be refunded if I was not satisfied. Forget satisfaction I was scammed and auto charged AED 300 plus through my credit card. This is a bogus site with job postings taken from other job portals and published there. There should be some law to take such sites to tasks to save hundreds of job seekers losing their money. Especially a majority falling prey to such scams are job less and have scarce funds and to lose money this way is bad.

It is a scam. They charged me with a 70 € fee I have not accepted. The jobs they publish are not real neither. Be careful.

Nothing. It is a scam.
During trial period, the monthly subscription fee was not mentioned prominently and much higher than the industry average. I only got to see it after I saw a very high credit card bill. I approached the customer service, who only agreed to cancel it the next month, even though I contacted them several days after the new billing cycle and explained the confusion.
Also the hook "free CV review" was never performed during the sign-up and I asked a few times and no result. I had to sign up using a new account and then I received an almost exactly the same review response from another CV review service.
Overall, scammy experience, and cannot trust the 4.5 stars on Google Review. Very disappointed.
The most selfless platform in the world will owe money in the end. Enticed by the first low payment, no warning about the next payment was received
Very poor value for the amount they charge per month. I made the mistake of buying a 14 day premium for £2.99. Then I forgot to cancel because I did not even know I had to. What I paid for was only for a 14 day premium period. (See the attached picture of the offer I rented). Just 1 second after the 14 day premium period expired they charged my credit card €69. I reacted immediately to request a refund of this charge as I did not use any service and I did not subscribe to any additional period besides the 14 day premium period. They refused. They promised a CV check by an expert, but the truth is that ChatGPT could do it better and for free. Also, I believe they use AI to answer and review every document I send them. Their only priority/mission is to charge your credit card. They maliciously exploit the desperation of job seekers. Based on my bad experience, I recommend AVOIDING JOBLEADS. LinkedIn seems to me to be much more effective, transparent and cheaper. DEAR JOBLEDS, Thank you for stealing 69€ from me for nothing. I hope the CEO is enjoying my 69€ drinking mojitos in Ibiza.

This business had blatantly stolen my money from my automatic pay PayPal! And refused to immediately return it. I suggest always do your transactions toward PayPal to escalate this issues and never give up to dispute until you get your money back. This scammer business need to stop. Many people out there struggling to get a job. The company looks like from Hamburg? Not local as they 1st described in trial. So shady. And I never get a related jobs infos i needed. Seek and indeed definitely more
