I ordered the ring for Christmas, I paid for the rush delivery, and it has been a month and I have not received the ring. I am hoping I recieve it by Valentine's Day to give to my wife.
So if you order anything for a special day, do not bother paying for the rush delivery because you won't get it on time.
Order months in advance to have it for your special day.
I have yet to receive anything from this company. But yet they continue to take make 4 after pay payments.
NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER.! There is no way to speak to a live person with issues. Better off shopping at Temu. At least you get what you pay for.!

Need to return a ring for a Refund. The ring us to big in size and I wasn't pleased with the quality of the ring. Requesting a refund.
On satisfied with the customer service the wait time was absolutely ridiculous I paid for expedited which takes 3/5 business days, and it took 3 weeks to get here no update nor anything, I'd strongly advise you to take your business elsewhere it's not worth it.
Lack of customer service communication was my only issue. It took several days for them to respond when I emailed, but my ring is lovely and I am quite satisfied. 😊
