Received coins, paid extra for ups signature and had no problems. Very fast. Great prices... customer service and claims department are great if coins misplaced in usps hands, which has happened twice

My products arrived on time and very well packaged. I have been buying silver for my 4 year old grandson. He will have a fantastic collection as he gets older. I favor silver for gift giving over plastic garbage toys and his parents are delighted. JMBullion has beautiful selections on their easily navigated website. Once they have your CC information from a previous purchase, it's very difficult to delete. If you link your bank account to place a new order, and the transaction fails for any reason, technical or otherwise, they go back to your credit card on file and charge you a cancellation fee without your permission. I thought only thieves use other peoples credit cards without permission but I was mistaken.

I can only afford to buy about 100 dollars worth of silver every month, but I love JM because the prices for single ounces is awesome. I like the selection and every time I order, my product arrives within a week and a half. I also like the fact that my package doesn't say "JM Bullion" on it. Thanks guys! :)

The item was exactly as ordered, very well packed and arrived the next day, ahead of the anticipated delivery time. This was my second order with JMBullion and, like the first, it went smoothly. I'll look to them first for any future precious metals transactions.

Love the Native American Silver rounds and how well they were packed.
When I went on-line, in the item description that there are older rounds listed but no photos or "Add to the bag" phrase. Would be nice to select some of the older ones.
