Product came in a blank box delivered by Fed Ex. Instead of leaving the package at my door, someone delivered it when I was home and the delivery driver made sure that the package was left for me by asking for my name. If they want to make this more secure, ask the customer for their ID just in case.

I will be ordering more in the future and have recommended JM Bullion to family and friends.

I ordered some 90% silver coins. 10$ worth. It stated fv condition. I received 40 quarters, 36 i would consider fv grade the other no. When i stacked them in piles of 4,3 were even the forth stack was shy a coin. Thats how worn the others were.

It has been quite a few years since I purchased silver rounds. While many of the other sites I used have closed up shop, or disappeared from the face of the world, JM Bullion has remained constant. JM Bullion has the best quality for the price - hands down.

I ordered Silver Eagles. I like the coins, and they were shipped promptly and in a tube that will make them easy to store. Only downside to purchasing these items is the premium on Silver is about 25% of spot. As an investment, this would suck, but I buy as a collector so at this moment I am quite happy.

I received my 12 2019 American Eagle silver dollars today. The box they came in gives me a sense of privacy as no one would know what was in the box. I have never had a bad experience dealing with JM Bullion. My telephone contacts with them have been very informative.

Shipping is becoming a problem. The products are beautiful I have no complaints. But you are shipping through USPS and it a hassle getting my packages not just your but all. Website times out to quickly.

I always research my coins prior to purchase and JM Bullion always has the best prices and a great selection. If you see something that you like... buy it... it may sell out. If you have an in-stock alert watch your email because they may sell out very fast once it's back in stock.

I was so excited to open the box! I felt like a kid at Christmas, really! The bar is beautiful and has very nice detail of the eagle and branch. Now on the back I noticed a miner with his pack mule, so cool. Lots of detail & nice weight. Can't wait to buy another.

See how many other places do that and also, when I needed to buy a truck I sent silver back and they gave me a fair price and had money in my account the next week. Got my products on time and as described. I felt the premiums are quite high.
Another issue is on the older collectable coins there is little or no information about the exact weight of gold or silver in each item.
