Below is an email response i had received from the vendor when UPS failed to announce they had deliver my order. I guess he thought this was an amazon package. Please consider when purchasing any precious metals from them. It sounds like no one will claim responsibility but the customer.

UPS & USPS have both modified their signature confirmation delivery process to make delivery safer for everyone. They will no longer require signatures, but will instead make contact with the recipient, ask them for their name and enter it on their behalf.

We're hearing from customers that this process is not always being diligently followed, and that items are being left on front porches without any notification from the driver. We therefore advise you to be attentive and stay home on the day of expected delivery to ensure you receive your package.

Appreciated the holiday coins available for Christmas presents. My mother used to buy silver holiday coins for people and this year by finding your company, I was able to carry on the tradition. The website was easy to use and the delivery time frame was just as they had estimated.

I'd been looking at JM Bullion for several weeks considering a Silver American Eagle purchase. Their pricing seemed more than competitive and their promises of process and delivery seemed as good or better than others. So I gave them a shot just before Christmas hoping to have my silver in hand by the fateful day as I'd planned to give American Eagles for Christmas presents. I just want to give credit where credit is due. I've purchased various items from JM Bullion over the last few years and have received impeccable products and service. When I began buying metals online, I did a little research and was a bit overwhelmed by the options, but decided to try JM Bullion and have not been disappointed. To be fair, I've never bought metals from any other distributor, so I'm unable to make any comparative comments. However at this point, I don't intend to purchase anywhere else.
