Lost a majority of a silver shipment through USPS. JM Bullion packaged and shipped the order with tracking number. However, when only a partical order was delievered due to packaging being damaged, according to USPS, it was entirely up to me to prove that I did not receive the entire shipment. I was given a limited amount of time to provide evidence i. E. multple pictures, statements, and police report. My time was extended as providing a police report was a lengthy process; just be aware you have a limited amount of time to file and complete a claim. As the price of precious metals changes by the minute, all increased value of your purchase belongs to JM Bullion until you actually receive your order. If you place an order, and an order number is provided then you decide to cancel that order, you are obligated to reimburse JM Bullion for the increased value of your purchase. In my particular case, it took almost over 2 months from the time I placed my order, have it approved for shipment (it was an ACH purchase), finally delivered with missing product, gather the required information to submit the claim, sign inaccurate company documentation, then being submitted to the insurance carrier, and then waiting for claim approval. Resolution is at the sole discretion JM Bullion, i. E. if it is a refund or the missing product is replace. In several Emails I requested the product be replaced never distinguishing a difference based on the price of silver. I received my refund within 24 hours of my claim being approved. I would not be surprised if the insurance carrier satisfied the claim based on what the value of silver was at that moment and not on what it cost me to purchase. Upon notification that I was getting a refund, I went on JM Bullion website to learn that it would cost me an additional $363.54 to purchase the missing silver I ordered over two months ago - equity I lost through this process. While JM Bullion insured their Terms and Conditions protected their interests, they do not look out for yours, their paying customer.
Placed an order using my bank's credit card. A few days later, received an email asking for a check to be mailed. It was an unexpected twist so - since they are asking for a check, the order had not been actually completed but they demand a $101 cancellation fee. I opened a dispute with my credit card.
This outfit claims that this "term" is listed somewhere on page 666 of their agreement... not very useful.

I've purchased gold many times and sold some gold back to JM Bullion. Everytime, they were quick to deliver it with a signature required US Postal Service delivery. Never had any troubles. I can't stress enough their great service.
I placed an order with you, not my first, I placed the order after I had changed my mailing address.
It was still delivered to the previous address. You did nothing to help me get my order. If it wasn't for a concerned UPS driver who knows when I would have gotten my order.

I purchased a coin JM Bullion shipped one coin I ordered, a box I didn't order and failed to ship a coin I did order. Put in a claim and I have received no closure on the topic after a week of waiting and seeing the price of silver skyrocket. They also have one of the most arduous process before they will even look at their footage to see if you are deserving of their time. You need to put in the claim save every piece of packaging send about 10 photos and a copy of your invoice just so they will look at your claim. This also needs to be done within two days of delivery. I would not recommend their services they are slow to respond to issues and claims department is impossible to talk to a person. They just leave their greeters to be abused by customers because they can not talk to someone who is able to help them

Answer: Refund or trade coin please. This is the most basic function. It should be simple to fix, but it has consumed more of MY time than it is worth. If you add a couple of additional trade coins, it would not compensate, but it would recover some good will. David Winters Attorney at Law
Answer: Maybe they paid them to not post it. I remember one time I reviewed a restaurant because I wasn't really happy with the food and the owner / manager of the restaurant had the gall to tell me that his food was great. I quickly reminded him that the review process is not for his opinion of his business but the consumers opinion of his business.
