I have placed numerous order totaling over 20k from these people. I recently had an order that THEY cancelled the. Had the nerve to charge me a market loss fee. I replaced the order (a much larger order) they took the funds from my bank account, waited 10 days then cancelled my order and sent me a refund of everything minus the market loss fee from the order THEY cancelled. These people are petty and stupid. I will purchase from a competitor now. Good job

Exceeded expectations in both quality of BU recognizable (Sunshine mint marked) made in the USA coins and the rapid turn around time from ordering to delivery was another plus..

I placed an order on Friday and it arrived on Monday. That's great service. I was somewhat hesitant since I had never done this previously.

Item arrived on time and was exactly as described. I am very happy with the experience and highly recommend this company.

I usually don't do review but this was just bad. I have order from this company 3 times. The first time everything was great. The second and third was just terrible. I never got my order the second order. I almost lost my funds because they shipped it to the wrong address. When I order it ask for address for shipping, but when I paid from PayPal they seen it on the PayPal address on my card. Where I use to live. So why didn't they ship to what is on there website where I place the address I wanted to be sent? So lucky enough the mail got return to post office. The post office mark it got sent back to sender but JP never got it. JP said they won't give me a refund. So I had to keep asking post office hopping they didn't lose it. 3 week later post office found it. Another week JP got it. Got my refund. So no harm on my funds. So months later, I thought I might try again and pay with card so no confusion of address. Even thou they promote if you get something over $199 it's free shipping. They told me they won't ship it for me unless I upgrade my shipping to ups which is another +$19 dollars on all future orders because of last order. I don't know but this seem to be soo wrong treated…?!? I know I'm just a small one customer and they don't care if I order or not. Being a big company. I just wanted to give me my experience so everyone would know and maybe big company will start to care about customer that made them money. Probably won't! Haha

A friend of mine recently bought a sailboat for himself and his wife. It is a beautiful boat with clean lines and good bones. I've known my friend for 36 years since we served in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, in the 1980s. I bought a couple of "Pieces of Eight" 1-ounce silver coins and presented them in a small wooden chest, along with a brass sextant. Now he is ready to sail Lake Michigan with his treasure.

Tried to make purchase on their site using a well known credit card, they charged my credit card twice, 2 transactions totaling over 4k, got email from them saying their fraud dept cancelled ordered and i need to pay by wire transfer, nope not doing that, will find another company to buy gold.

If you're not in a hurry, paying with a paper check is a great idea! You save 4% right off the top but, it's a little slower coming to you. There is a short delay after the check clears your bank. However, it was the same great product I've come to expect from JM Bullion.

Excellent addition to my collection, even bought extra units to share with others pew-pew collectors. Everyone has enjoyed this piece.
