Overall, I would say that JMBullion is a good company to do business. I ordered five different coins of the British Royal Mint "Queens Beast" silver 2 oz series. My order was shipped and delivered very fast. Three of my new coins were in good condition, but two were not acceptable condition. One was so bad that it should have been caught before it was sent to me. They need to check coins better before shipping to customer. Customer service has been very good. I am sure it will be taken care of to my satisfaction.
I was impressed at how quickly my package arrived. It was a gift and the recipient was surprised but loved it.
My mail system is slow plus the shipping agency signs for the package in another location, after all that long waiting I finally received my order, thank you...

Great 1st step to invest in silver. Will be wanting to use the lower spot price, (check/wire) next time. Also like the free ship over $99. Had already decided to not purchase any less amount than that. So far good customer service by following up on order. Had ordered silver from a different company before. Have yet to hear from them at all. Yes, I did receive my order from them. Just would have been good to have them at least inquire. As your company has. Do believe I'll be a returning customer.

Amazing 3 oz silver art bar from a reliable source in New Mint Condition with price lock for anyone who intended on committing and going through with a purchase high premiums when shipping is factored one will be better off buying when you have 100 or more to spend at once to avoid increased premiums from flat rate shipping cost
The shipping box had a hole in it and the wrapping for the sliver also had a hole and the sliver was gouged

I got a tracking number for shipment not even 2 hours after my purchase. The silver I bought was impeccable. Just gorgeous. I will definitely be doing business with you again! I'd add pics but it's already locked up in my safe.
I wish I could have just provided routing and acct # for check payment. Also a little surprised it was delivered w/o signature required. I'm sure experience guides the policies of the process that was very smooth, so whatever. Tracking shipment helped me to be timely in checking mailbox.
