I placed my order on Wednesday afternoon and my shipment arrived in good condition on Friday. I can't ask for better than that!

Needs to be handled with extreme care. My silver was damaged, and not in uncirculated condition. I paid for gem uncerlated condition but it was not. Please contact me about this matter. I buy a lot of silver from JM. In the future if my coins keep comming this unwanted condition I will have no choice but to switch to apmex.

My orders have all been fulfilled in a timely manner. JM does not seem to wait for favorable prices to make exchanges. I've not tested any silver bars for purity, but I don't feel the need to.
