I ordered silver coins online that were in stock at the time, however took some time to find out that they actually were over sold, basically not in stock. So that was an inconvenience and no alert was sent on such circumstance, I had to call to find this out. Otherwise I would still be waiting 10 days later. So if something is ordered as listed in stock and is indeed not in stock, I think we either deserve an email or a phone call.- Some some sort of communication, Not just left hanging. Other then that, always a satisfied customer.
As always the service and item were outstanding. I have been satisfied 100% of the time I've ordered here. I've made additional orders as well.

I was recently considering purchasing more silver bars from jm bullion considering the spot price was so low due to the current pandemic going around the world. Well, low and behold I went to jm bullion and saw that their prices were far above the spot price as quoted on the stock market. Their explanation was that demand is high and supply is low... does that mean silver has the corona virus? Does our silver come from China? Profit is one thing, and I realize profit is necessary to stay in business, but such a high profit margin in such a time as this seems like price gouging. For instance, if toilet paper normally sells for $. 50 a roll, respectively, and a store/person is trying to sell it for $5.00 a roll that is considered price gouging which is illegal. Why should precious metals be different? I checked other precious metal suppliers and their prices reflect that of jm bullion, so I'm thinking it is an industry wide conspiracy. My point is, if one were to pay these prices, one would never realize a profit on their investment unless a financial crisis the likes we have never seen occurs. If that happens there would be nothing to purchase with one's hoard of precious metal anyway. Bottom line, I will not be buying more precious metals in the near future. The point is a profit on investment. I do not see that at current asking prices.
So far, I am very satisfied with JM Bullion. I received my order without any headache and the product was in perfect condition.
