Jimmy John's

I order myself I don't realize it's the wrong one till I get home by the time I get back to the store it has been 1 hour with traffic. When I get there I tell them what happened and what they wanna do is just add whatever meat I'm missing to a sub I have already touched and opened anasagi after one hour. But offer an apology did not offer to refill my drink or anything.

I am a regular customer who ordered a Italian sandwich 30 minutes before work, the store off Ole Dixie, I get there. An it wasn't ready, Everybody was standing around if not out the door hanging out. What is the use for ordering on line an it says "As soon as possible" to get there an the food isn't ready because of the staff not doing their job.
I'm at work now hungry an dissatisfied cause I paid for something that should of been ready. An it wasn't 30 minutes prior...

Would have left no stars if I could! Sandwich was soggy, all the meat fell out first bite, sandwich was flavorless and I ordered sides of ranch that weren't even half full! This has happened before; I'm done. Jimmy John's is overpriced for the quality. Won't order from them again.

Don't know if it's endemic of all franchises, but the Chesapeake VA location is useless. Basic heros (sic) lack substance (unless you get all the cheap vegetable fillers). Compared a recent turkey / cheese sandwich with what I would make:
A typical slice of Boar's Head Oven gold real turkey breast from a quality grocer / deli is ~8-9" long by 4- 5" at the center of the cut – it does taper off – so if one were to cut it in half, ~4x4. What is the size of the turkey product that JJ uses? How many slices (or probably more correct) half slices does JJ use used on an 8" #4 Turkey Tom? Oh, and what is the brand; anything that resembles real turkey breast? Forgetting about the cheap tomato, lettuce, etc., fillers, how many slices of cheese are used at no additional cost? Only provolone? Don't understand how Michael Symon endorses such crap, except of course if he's good friends with the founder / owner.

The Jimmy John's in the greater greenspoint area the staff are rude you have no variety of subs they put no condiments on your sandwich this restaurant is not what I want visit anywhere Houston or any other states or cities. Just disgusting.

I ordered at 10:32pm. After an hour. Called and they said the driver is on the way. One sandwich. One. I LIVE 4 MINUTES AWAY!? I've been sick the last 2 days and haven't eaten so I'm too dizzy to drive to pick it up. Another hour goes by. Still no food! Call the store and the manager refuses to give me my tip back. You really think I'm tipping when it's taken over 2 hours now?

Well now it's 8:40am the next day! Guess who never got their food and they won't give me a refund!

Store received my order a 1:25. I only live 5 min away so I headed to the store and parked in the lot waiting for notification that my order was ready. Kept checking online tracker and still not updated at 2:00 so I called. Was told that order was already ready for pick up. Online tracker didn't update til I was in line at the window. Obviously someone dropped the ball but didn't get any kind of apology or anything else after being kept waiting unnecessarily.

Ordered online as usual but the last two times have taken SO LONG. I tried to order yesterday and after 35 minutes received an email stating that my order had been cancelled WTF. I tried again today and after waiting 45 minutes a friend finally asked if I would like something for lunch. My answer was "yes please". I checked email for the same such email and nothing. I called the store to cancel and as I was calling, the delivery kid, who was very nice I must say, walked in. I sent him back with the sandwich because by then, lunch, I knew for sure, actually was on the way, I understand being busy but seriously, 45 minutes to make a sandwich, without any notice whatsoever that their speedy fast delivery would actually take 45 minutes to make and walk it across the street is ridiculous. Give a person a heads up at the very least and let us decide if we even want to wait that long!

I called this store by choice. On a Sunday.
U can't be that busy. So. 2o 30 min. Get a knock on the door. 3 hr s to get 2 sandwiches 2.2 miles from
My door. Never again

This location was SLAMMED today (Thursday 6/23/2022) when I went in for lunch. These employees were killing it! My sandwich was great! Got it just they way I ordered it! Kuddos to the peeps at this shop!

I ordered a Beach Club sandwich - usually my favorite - first time for my husband. The sandwich was not up to par. Was dry, hardly any avocado, slim pickings with veggies, little mayo. Needless to say, we wont be back again. I was so looking forward to a great sandwich and turning my husband on to my fave Jimmy John's sandwich! Surely not worth $7.49!

Have never eaten here before today. Very basic and very expensive for what you get. 8 inch French loaf or 2 slices of wheat bread or lettuce wrapped around meat. All same price. Then you don't get to have them put on topping you want. 8 inch French loaf was tuff. Very disappointing and will not eat here again.

They took way too long and wasn't able to eat it for my lunch and I got the combo but they didn't give me my side I'm disappointed in the service and time of waiting. Wish they did better and been more organized

Newhope, Fountain Valley location: Called to order sandwiches and was placed on hold for 5 minutes. Called back, told them I was on hold for a long time... no apology. Asked how big their regular sandwiches were and the guy hung up on me. Thought I'd try something new (never ordered from them before) and what a joke. No wonder they have terrible reviews and ratings. How do they stay in business?

Almost every time I order from here they either forget the drink, chips, or both. They also proceed to slather 2 tbsp. At least of mayo and mustard even when you specifically ask for light mayo/mustard. It's actually fairly comical, considering how on the receipt they staple to your bag has your entire order w/instructions on it yet they always either forget half the order somehow or make the sandwich inedible. I'm NOT a picky eater but I just can't stomach a quarter jar a mayo on any sandwich. It's like when they're making the food do they even stop to consider, "would I eat this?" of course not. Absolutely no pride taken at all in all the locations I've eaten from especially ---1200 Cooper Point Rd SW UNIT 400, Olympia, WA *******--- Beware of this specific location as it is the most abysmal one I've seen. If you dont believe me just order delivery from there with a couple special instructions and prepare to be absolutely ripped off, and disappointed.

When i went to there i ordered a sandwich with extra extra mayo and they would not put it on the sandwich. I got really mad and then they threw the sandwich right at me. Dont recommend this place.
