I wanted to send a postcard... and I finished with a one year subscription. It does not deserve the price I paid. And now I am obliged to write something long enough even I do not need it! What a pity! I really don't like this kind of website.
SO funny, especially for first time receivers!
Two things tho... wish there was a MUCH bigger selection of Music (for ALL the occasions), and MANY more songs that gave a chance to use 6, 7, 8, 9, even 10 faces. Lots of friends & family I want to include!

JibJab is a great site for fun ways to surprise family and friends. Charging $1.99 per download after paying $18.00 for a years subscription is too much. This is my 2nd time joining and only made a couple of cards the first time because FB would not allow them and JibJab's customer service was almost nonexistent but I had forgoten my experience until after I paid again.
My issue was resolved quickly and to my complete satisfaction. I was a little concerned that I would not be refunded, but my worry was completely unnecessary. Very pleased with their customer service.
I had a slight issue accessing my account! Contacting the JibJab staff was super easy and they had no hesitation in resolving my problem and even gifting me some service! Super satisfied with the customer service. Love the app!

Excellent customer care. Fun and fabulous product. I've enjoyed making cards and videos. Its an easy process to create a video. They always have fresh new videos to use as a template for videos! Easy to share on Facebook.
I was able to use Jib Jab to send a birthday card last month. I made a second attempt to send a card two weeks ago and was unable to do it for some reason. The frustration is the fact that there is absolutely no way to get help. No phone number, customer service line or email. I will NOT be using Jib Jab in the future.
The product itself is good and easy to use and share. My big contention with it is that if i pay for a jibjab membership to use the services i should be able to download my creations without having to pay extra fees to download EACH creation. I feel that is a bit of bait and switch for already paying members.
While ultimately making the video can be done, my account and getting that straightened out is another thing. I leave the account alone till I have a need for a card. Frustrating. The account its set up thru my business email and not my personal account, Im told it is the only way the account can be set up, so disappointing.
The cards are great and easy to make and send. However, I had to resend over half of the Father's Day Cards for the recipient's to receive them. Glad there was a way to track them to show that the cards were unopened. But then I had to ask people if they received a card, which ruined the surprise. When they said no and checked their Junk Mail, etc. I resent them and they arrived right away. Hopefully that won't be the case every time I use Jib Jab. Busy Day perhaps?
I had a charge on my account from jib jab. I didn't know it was an automatic renewal. I contacted them & within an hour this was resolved with an impending refund. Very happy with the service I received.
I accidentally allowed my JibJab subscription to run into a new year. I notified them a few days late and they immediately returned my money. I had fun with the cards for a year, but I didn't need the service for a second year. I really appreciated that they didn't try keep me subscribed and promptly handled my request.
I love sending Jib Jab greetings because I can personalize them with photos and save them instead of throwing them away like greeting cards. Also I am disabled and can't shop for cards so this is convenient for me.
I haven't used Jib Jab for a few years and realized I was being charged on the annual renewal. I contacted customer support regarding cancellation and a refund and was so impressed with their quick and positive response. Thanks!
I just had an automatic renewal that I didn't expect or didn't initiate. So I contacted the Customer Service Dept. and within one day they had refunded my $18 and removed me from the auto renewal. Thank You Jib-Jab
For a paid membership this is too self promoting, very cheezy for me to send a bday card or special day message only to be promoting the site with so much branding. Too much. And novelty quickly wears off because in 10 years they still have same stuff and very little new or hip. Hammer time low res video anyone? Less branding and more videos please for year long use.
So far, so good. Have recommended your sight to others already. Would like to see more individual cards that show only one character. It is often harder to do a group. Thanks to my daughter who recommended your sight.
I noticed I was charged 18.00 on credit card in October but it doesn't show up in the Jib Jab invoice. I have sent copies of my bank statement and their invoice where I have proof but nothing has been done about it. I was refunded 18.00 for an account that was set up in December but not October.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
