I have been a JibJab member for years & send your cards to my 10 nieces & nephews for their birthdays (along with other friends & families). After doing this for a few years, I am starting to run out of options.
Our neighbor sent one to my wife, for her birthday. We were both on the floor laughing. I sent them to all of my friends and even put one on Facebook. We are both looking forward to more, like I said above, music videos and movie scenes. I ran out of things to send, because most of your stuff is geared to holidays and things like your birthday. I would send more out if you had just everyday stuff!
Love making the cards but sometimes when I schedule one to be sent it doesn't go through so I have to send again. Also would love to import my address book but your site doesn't support my format on an I phone.
I had the best time making Easter videos with the full site of JibJab available I will purchase the entire access to the site every year. There are all kinds of themes to choose from instead of one or two at holidays.
I had used JibJab in the past and loved it. Just recently renewed my account and probably going to close soon - pic for video was very difficult to manipulate and had to try several times to get it to actually work :(
I emailed the card to my mother on Mother's day and the card would not open or play unlike they have in the past. This was disappointing, but not the only time this has happened to me over the last few years.
I have paid full-price for 2 years only to discover after I paid full price last year that there was a promotion sale that would have saved me a few dollars. And after I paid full price again this month, there was another promotion deal!
I don't like all the hip hop music videos. They're not appropriate for younger kids. I'd like to see more appropriate music videos for kids or adults who don't like seeing the sexual explicit ones!
What do you get your dad on his 79th birthday, who doesn't need anything? A Jib Jab video of himself! My dad's newly widowered and lives in Arizona. I thought of Jib Jab because they are so funny and really cheer people up. It worked! Thank you.
Probably due to security constraints on my work computer, the jibjab site was very difficult to navigate and it took several attempts to get my payment accepted. Spent several hours getting my "production" completed. Was very happy with the end result, however.
I would love to use the ap, but it does not save my information or faces, so it is like starting from scratch each time. The site saves my information, but sometimes it takes a very long time to "make the video", so I leave the site before it gets done, and have wasted so much time, I have not used the service since signing up. Love the videos but hate the process!
I thought I was purchasing a one time card/video but once I entered my credit card information, I was congratulated and welcomed for an annual, AUTO renewal membership for like $18.95. I was very disappointed and honestly don't know what to do.
I was very happy with the experience of making the card, I just wish I could have saved it without having to pay $1.99 for that service. I didn't get a chance to show my husband before I sent the card off.
Used JibJab for a host of company videos last year and didn't realize it was auto-renewal. This year I had a charge for auto-renewal and this were gracious enough to remove the charge. I will still come back, but am very grateful!
Excellent customer service! Associate kept in contact with me, and made sure I knew what I needed to supply to jib jab in order for my account to be cancelled. It wasnt because of the service nor the app that I cancelled.
Easy to use. Had fun making videos using grandkids faces and emailing it to them. They are 8 and 4 and thought they were hysterical. I'm sure I will be using it throughout the year to entertain them and other family and friends as well. Would love to have more kid friendly options and hope JibJab will continue to add to their library of choices.
I just wanted to post a funny video to Facebook, and send it to my non-Facebook friends. Jib jab allowed me to begin to make the video then asked me to sign up to finish. I did so, believing that I would pay $1.50 per month. I was surprised after the fact to find that I was paying the full yearly amount at once. Not a huge amount of cash, but significant to my limited budget. Then I tried without success to post my video. Tried to send it by email too. No dice. Registered my displeasure and was assured a refund was in the works. No help to get my project off the ground. Then I received an email copy of my video that I was able to post and send. My friends and family loved it and so did I. So what gives, jib Jab? Am I a member of your little group or not?
I've enjoyed JibJab for an year, with its very nice animations. After one year, one automatic charge was done in my credit card. With a single e-mail, I requested the reimbursement and in less than 2 hours, my request was fulfilled and the money was back in my credit card. It shows that the company care about their customers. I truly recomend them. Best regards!
Although, I have not had a chance to resolve my problem with Jib Jab yet, I have a real problem that they have no live customer service. I have a fraud charge from them on my account, yet there is no one I can speak to immediately to resolve this issue. I have to wait up to 2 days for a response and send my request by e-mail. REALLY! What a shame!
Hats off to JibJab's customer support for a one time and very swift resolution given to my issue!
I am one of those customers who get easily excited with something fun and that's JibJab and I just dove into subscribing to the 30-day free trial without reading the Terms and Conditions. Who does that? Lol. So I used it only for one day and after posting the cute video, I decided to cancel. To my surprise, the refund link didnt work. So I sent an email to their support team and within 1 hour, issue is resolved in one. This is customer service! You dont hafta wait for a long time for a simple issue. Kydos to y'all!
I asked for a refund and Taylar did an exceptional job! He was constantly in touch with me until we found the account and took care of the problem in record time. I appreciated his time spent on my account and would like to thank him! He is an asset to your business!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
