Happy with support resolution
June 30, 2016

After a long period of not using the system, I suddenly noticed my subscription was automatically renewed. I asked to cancel it and for a refund. The support service kindly responded positively to both demands. I would probably still use the service only sporadically and certainly the subscription is not the best deal for me. But I am happy with the quick response and with the resolution which I think it is the best for all parties.

CARD GOOD; CUSTOMER SERVICE BAD

I joined and paid the annual fee in April. Sent a couple of Easter cards. Great! Funny! However, when I tried to send Mother's Day cards, JibJab told me that in order to send the card I selected, I had to join and pay a fee. Since I already had paid the annual fee with my credit card, I sent an email to the support team. Rather than respond to my email/issue, I received a "change your password" notification email from JibJab. (I had deleted an old "free account" I thought I might have in an effort to clear up any confusion in the system). I have yet to hear from JibJab customer service and I was unable to send a Mother's Day card to my mom and sister. My sister's birthday is June 2. I wonder if I'll hear anything before then?

Oh, I'm so happy i found this site... It's Valentine's Day... my husband died unexpectedly 5 months ago... I'm very ( to the enth degree & then some) sad, faking it to make it. Yesterday, I spotted JibJab- -and went into the site... hmmm... JibJab has to be a "God Wink" for me... a timely- perfect valentine... cathartic, very... I've put my husband's face and my face in almost every scene. Weird to some, sure... then- sent the scenes to myself via jibjab e mail option... I've been playing the e mail vignettes over and over today... mostly, I'm laughing out loud... we're at the disco, we're in silent movies, we're skating... happy memories... hilarious, ingenious... just so funny... really aValue added valentine...$l2... can't wait to jibjab s'more...

Fraudulently set up an autorenew on my subscription. When I try to cancel the feature, they say they have no record of an account with either of my two email addresses that I use, so I can't cancel it. They have no phone contact help available This way they stick you with a permanent renewal every year unless you cancel your credit card.

Not enough variety for friends and family

I do not think there is enough day to day, thinking of you, wishing you well, that kind of thing available.

There is a lot for male, female in relationships, but not enough for family. I will not renew my subscription for next year, unless there is more to offer for the average person with a net work of friends and family.

A way to go yet!

Amusing though over complicated having to keep copying, cutting and pasting, just to share the clips. Making clips through The App is also not as easy as going through the 'Jib Jab' loggo at foot of previously made clips.
So for the money and reasonably low tech nature of the product., though very amusing, I doubt I will renew when this subscription expires..

Horrible

After card made can't get it to send, and can't get customer service to help, want to cancel please refund money and still haven't got, I am disappointed and disabled so can't type well would rather have contact number to talk to someone who can help me..

Christmas JibJab

Overall, great experience. You have a great product. However, it would be GREATER if people could go back and edit their video (change faces, etc.) without starting over. Also, it would be great if you had the ability to edit the original picture (brighter, more color, etc.).

JibJab Makes Me Laugh!

I adore JibJab! I send JibJab cards to all my friends and family who have a sense of humor. I laugh as I create them and congratulate myself on my creative genius. Everyone loves getting them so I will keep sending them. Now if JibJab could just add more movie parodies! Thanks, JIBJAB!

Even though I still prefer the snail mail as not everyone has emails still, I had great fun making and sending the jibjab and made everyone laugh and smile when they opened them up. Great to be able to personalise! Will continue to use during the year!

I wish i could give it zero stars! They let you make a video but you cant share it unless you pay for a membership! I wasted like a hour trying to put all the faces just right and when i was done i was so excited for my family to see it but then i couldn't even share it... sucks that all these fun things you could do for the holiday or birthdays come from money hungry businesses!

No jibjabbing around

Thanks for the seamless, jabs free response to discontinuing my account and reimbursing the payment. I appreciate there was no jibjabbing back and forth with a rep bent on making the experience undesirable. This way I am sure to tell folks "Oh jibjab, try them they're alright. And really you were. It's just that I did not use the service as much as I thought. Even with the neat things you could do when dressing up your greeting cards. I really liked that. Well enough jibjabbing from me. Continued success to you.

Didn't want to subscribe for an annual

I'm upset cause I only wanted to purchase one scars and got tricked into a whole year for eighteen dollars. Why have a $1:99 posted for the card if you are not able to just buy one card. I want a refund for all except for $1.99

The system sent the card but would not let me send a personalized message along with it. It kept telling me that my message had to be under a certain number of characters- no matter what I wrote, it would not take it. I was very disappointed.

Great ideas - execution not so good

I've been sent jibjabs before and loved them, but I have not even been able to watch the one I sent to my husband for his birthday (and he gave up before the end because it buffered for so long). It just won't load on iPad.

Maybe it's our weedy rural broadband, but I can usually stream stuff. Couldn't find an obvious way to get help with this.

I'll keep trying though...

Very pleased!

I inadvertently subscribed for a year to jib jab and asked for help in discontinuing the placed order. They got back to me very promptly and were very willing to satisfy my request. I was impressed with the way they handled everything.

Nice but a waste of my money.

The video doesn't embed and play automatically on facebook like youtube videos or personal fb videos. Clickthrough is required to watch the video, just like an advertisement. Not easily done for mobile users, which by the way, all of us are.

If I can't download and upload my own personalized jibjab videos with mine and my loved ones faces, I've wasted my money. I mean it, this really sucks.

The product is great but I tried sending the card on email through jibjab and the recipients did not receive it.

Had to then send a separate email with a link which spoiled the surprise.

Need to sort out your email jibjab.

Expensive!

I was disappointed to find that after an $18 annual fee (which I got at a discount) I also had to pay additionally to download the videos. The videos are fun, but not worth it. I will not be continuing my membership.
