No calls back from jibjab to resolve issues

Video is funny but you should make clear that the charge is $18.00 for a year not $1.50 for a month. There was no mention that I would be charged for 12 months not for one month. You should be more honest with such a good product.

I've had an account with Jib Jab in the past and renewing it at the holidays was perfect timing. It's so much fun!

Very funny, really enjoyed them. Emailed them to my friends who could not stop laughing.

Keeps taking me in circles. When I try and make a card and sign in thru both Facebook and jib jab I get a message saying please sign in... which I do. Than I get a message saying I already have an account. Sign in, go to make a card. Asks me to sign in again..

Overall a good experience, although the choices in each of the categories can be a little repetitive and limited.

We love this service! It's worth the year membership for birthdays and holiday greetings. You can create videos with family members, friends, even your pets! Hilarity will ensue.

I did this mainly for my Momma & her grandchildren & great-grandchildren. Mom is 84, this made her laugh & enjoy some "spirit", and, the great grandkids are watching it over & over. Thanks for the fun...

Are so happy that I could make these Christmas jibjabs. Thanks so much. Do you have anymore... I've made several. That need to appropriate for 10 year olds.

It use to be you could share your videos on fb back when I first purchased jibjab. Note I purchased it again at a higher cost and can't share anything. Very unhappy!

Very good sorry to see there is no videos for football in the sports section.

Tried about 8 times to add another one, but it just kept going to the beginning. So one a month or what? Couldn't find what my membership paid for...

My friends and work colleagues have had a ball playing with the videos.
My work team shared a Chrismas one with the rest of the company and now other teams are doing the same. Great morale booster for the end of a busy work year.

Easy to make and very funny! Made one for our work Christmas party and it made our night. Look forward to making lots more throughout the year

Paid for JibJab but did not use anymore. Also retired and on fixed income. Cancelled. JibJab was awesome about the cancellation and refund! Excellent company in my books!
