It's amazing what JibJab can do with a simple picture. The results are great and so much fun to watch again and again.
A little expensive... only because there are only so many of these you can create & share before your friends start rebelling amd unfriending you.
It was awfull I called for help. The lady that answered did very little but she tried. Again I tried it was doing the same thing. So I said goodbye!

I had a lot of fun creating these videos!... well worth the hassle of a typo that created two accounts. Due to the typo I made in my email address I had inadvertently opened 2 accounts. Once I realized there were 2 charges on my paypal, JibJab credited me immediately (for one). But I couldn't create any new videos! They saw my correct address as not a member but my statements still showed 2 charges and 1 refund. Long story short, finally Taylar discovered the 2nd email address with the typo... I was promptly refunded. I didn't give a 5 star for 2 reasons, I had to be very persistent about this extra charge and it took quit a while to resolve.And there is only one way to reach JibJab and that's through email... yeah there is a phone # to call but it prompts you to an email address... I'd rather speak to a human when I have questions or issues.
Unhappy that downloading a video requires an addition 1.99 fee.
I am not pleased that I was charges the following list of charges for 2 cards that were to be $1.99 ea. The list of charges are below and I would like a refund for one of the $1.99 charges and the $18.00 charge.

Used JibJab for the holidays for my team and it was easy and fun.
This is great store to shop experience is excellent
The only thing I would like you to add/change is to make the photo images able to tweak the outside so the faces do not have to be cropped, like you used to have in years past when I used Jib Jab..
More improved apps compare to last year, easy to use and I enjoy using it. Thanks

E njoy making these. A little trouble at first but later was fine and easy to complete.
Have used about 3 times and we, and all our family and friends get a huge laugh each time. Great way to send Xmas wishes.
It's a really funny site, my family gets some kicks out of it for sure! Just wish it had an auto face line up to help with aligning the mouth and eyes, it can be a little difficult at times.
