I was very disappointed to find that the video quality of the downloaded files is much lower than what is displayed on the JibJab website. Considering that I had to pay for an annual membership to get the video, this is really unacceptable.

Love putting everyone's face on them. But it never wants to send. It won't connect to the app. Could have more choices to send when using the web version. Easier customer service for questions. Over all I really enjoy the app when it works.

I have used your site for years under different users and made countless videos for Christmas parties and birthdays at the last 4 companies I have worked for. For that you get 5 stars.
BUT, the cost of $1.99 for a download that is only SD quality, knowing that ALL TVs today are at a minimum of 720p and most at 1080p means that I have to scale the videos up 300% to make them usable on todays standard TVs. This is pathetic. At least give us the renderings at 720p so it's an HD quality that can then be scaled only 150% and still look good at 1080p. Welcome to 2017 Jibjab, it's time to get out of the 90s in image quality. 1 star for this.

Oh, and I have had to download a couple videos several times costing more, since the face did not render to the action in the video properly. One I bought twice and still is not accurate... oh well, party is tonight and your support team has yet to respond to my ticket about this. 2 stars for that.

It is rather irksome to have to join up just to get a single card sent. I know why you do it, of course, rather than retail each card. Even so, it is not a particularly customer-friendly experience and I shall have to see how difficult (or not) you may have made it to cancel a membership for which I have no further use.
Experience is fine, except that in order to keep and post my movie, I have to download it at a cost of $1.99 per video. It's fun, but get tired of paying all these little fees in addition to my membership fee. So, the answer is - don't do very many, which defeats the purpose of JibJab, I assume.
We love the card we sent! Problems were in sending. We use GMail and are computer literate. We wanted to import a subset of our Gmail Contacts (those with a keyword "Xmas") but there was no way to do this. So we ended up going through 1,000 Contacts in Jib Jab to select names. (We couldn't get the Name Sorts to match our Gmail list- or vice versa which made the selection process slower) We had to re-do the building of the list many times. It was so touchy - It would throw us out of the function, thus losing our work. We figured out that hitting "Next" would Save the list, thus did that, then had to re-enter the Send program to select more names from JibJab's list. We finally gave up and exported our entire Contact list to Excel, then extracted our "Xmas" subset from that, then pasted 50 names at a time. There was no notice of the 50 name limit, thus we had to do 4 Sends of our Holiday Card. It should be easier.
The video came a day after I needed it. Kind of a waste of money.
Please notice my request to cancel and get a refund. I do not want JibJab anymore.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
