After purchasing a year subscription I realized I could not use this service due to the fact I'm not on Facebook. After submitting a request for a refund within two days a full refund was posted with absolutely no hassel. Exceptional customer service! Thanks so very much!
My Grandkids and I had so much fun when my cousin made 3 or 4 jib jabs and emailed them to us.
They love being the star of the program. Then I made one or two for my husband and I from songs of the 60's and 70's he loved them then my daughter and her hubby and family the list goes on with the involvement of the whole family for fun.

This totally makes a miserable day more enjoyable when sending e-cards to friends and family who get a "laugh til you cry" experience!
I couldn't be happier with the speed and accuracy they responded to my questions! A+ I asked them for a refund because I didn't understand how JibJab works (most of the cards will ask you to insert a face/a photograph).
Personalize it, spend time, & see a few seconds, then pay $18 to join to see the rest.
When you join, it automatically sets up a re-occurring annual charge for a membership you just joined!
Not sure if that should even be legal without the option to opt out when you join.
I canceled the auto annual charge and the site wanted me to re-join and go through the whole process to make another video.

It is cute, but too much deception on charges and joining after you upload pics and spend time to set it up.
All that should be UP FRONT before anyone invests their time.
Your site brings a lot of needed laughter to people of all kinds. Easy to use. Sending by e-mail appears to take several hours. Is there a faster way.
Jib-Jabs are great to make people happy about themselves or better yet gives them the thought f me thinking of them from a long distance whether it be Family or a Friend
I paid 18 dollars for one time use... said I have a year subscription but every time I go to make a new video it wants to charge me a fee and I'm already logged in under my account what a rip off
I love the sillyness. Always brings a smile to my friends and family when a card featuring one of them gets shared on social media
Everything was great and went smoothly. Only thing I would say is missing is a notification that the e-card I sent has been opened by the recipient. Rattlebox e-cards has that ability and I find it most useful.
Trouble getting pictures transferred, but Each and Every card was a great hit!

With so many templates from which to choose, it was very easy to create the perfect card! And I like that there are card for every occasion!
While I do enjoy my jibjab experience and I love the fact that there are so many videos to choose from. I do have a lot of fun with it. I wish there was another way to make the mouths on each face. They look a little strange in the videos because when they open it is a big black space that takes away from the look of the person as well as the video. That is my only complaint, Otherwise everything else is so much fun. I am glad I joined and will continue to use jibjab often. Thank you.
Easy to use & results were extremely pleasing! Loved being able to create something very personal - eCards were sent to family at home & abroad - & were loved by all! Looking forward to using the site at every opportunity. Excellent!
JibJab has this awesome policy where you can request a refund if you forgot you had an account that was automatically renewed!
All I had to do was click "request refund" and for the reason select "I forgot I had an account"
So easy and awesome.
I wish more vendors with auto-renewal had this option.
