I had forgotten all about my account and hadn't used it in years! When I saw that an automatic renewal charge had gone through I was worried it would be difficult to get it removed but it was so simple and fast. I was very impressed with the kind and efficient way I was refunded. Thank you JibJab!
Refund needed! The site would not work on my android. I sent an email to customer service several days ago and have not received acknowledgment.

1) I would like to send my card to more than 15 addresses per time.
2) I would like to have seen a step forward that I made an annual submit.

The format is easy to navigate, photos are easy to add, everything is straight forward - worth every dime! I get many positive comments to every card I email or post on social media - whether it's from family, friends, classmates from 50 years ago, etc. A great and fun service you provide!
I inadvertently started a new membership while my current one was still active. An email later... a credit was issued and the problem was solved.

I noticed my JibJab account automatically setup to automatically charge me again after the year was up. I did not like this fact. Big assumption on JibJab's part.
Its easy to make these videos and my family really enjoys it when one pops up in their email. Its sometimes hard to get the faces to fit exactly, however the point comes across.
I went for an annual membership figuring that was the premium access and content, however, i still would have to pay for many, many features. Surely i will not renew next year,
Love the JibJab cards. My family and friends love receiving them as well. Very easy to make the cards and if you ever have a problem you get instant support via email.
I made a submission due to my lack of knowledge of how the process worked when ordering such services, I received a response via email, implying that additional information was need, I provided the required information and received a notification for a pending refund. I like making the jib jabs, but would like more variety and some political ones. You need more funny ones for us to add faces to. It's very good other than that.
Took a few times to realize I had to start a card before I got to the upload page for my photo. I expected that when I go to the my pictures where it said none uploaded that the upload process would be there, not buried in the send a card process, especially for new users that don't want to send a card right away. Otherwise, very fun and cool. Time will tell if there are enough variations not to get stale before the subscription runs out which is what I've found in the past with other vendors. So stay fun because it really was fun.

I used the site to send some New Year's Day cards. However, each recipient is very unique relative to the others, and I didn't find enough cards from which to choose to match each individual. I had more desired recipients than cards that would fit them.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
