Want my money back
My card never went through, I tried it twice, I'm going to cancel my membership... i hate that i have to write a 100 characters
Tried adding a picture several times kept getting the apps stock photo. Sent to my email to view thinking it would update when sent and never did.
A) if there was more selection of group of 5 songs
B) if I am paying for a years membership, I should be able to download my videos without a cost to my computer. I understand if you want to charge others that it is sent to.
If I do not continue with my membership after a year for what ever reason, my videos/entertaining memories are lost. That's not right
We had a lot of fun on Christmas Day making movies for our family members and friends. The only problems we had were random broken up web pages as if the mobile page would load when you clicked to view the movie or customize.
Lots of fun, really enjoyed sending emails to friends and family.and receive funny emails in return.
I was very excited about making videos using jib jab. I gathered my photos and carefully uploaded them. But despite my most careful repeated efforts, and even though I lined up the mouths perfect y, the black bar--means to look like a speaking mouth--looked like a moustache! I kept redoing with no success. Had I seen an adequate sample, I wouldn't have paid for the service.
Was difficult to get faces centered. Didn't look very good.
Great using the card and photos of coworkers. Thanks and hilarious. Sent to the entire staff and the senior partner.
We love it so much and sent the Christmas card out to so many people and they all commented on how fantastic the card was. The only problem is the mouth does not line up, no matter what I do, any suggestions?
I was visiting relatives for the holidays and we all ended up sick at home on New Year's Eve! We discovered JibJab and the fun was on! We were up until 3:00 AM entertaining ourselves and other family members far away. Loved every minute of it!
To me it was a way of becoming personal in my message to my loved ones. Our faces of happiness projected our warm wishes to everyone we sent it to. Thank you for this great way to communicate positively. Peace
I assumed from the web site that I was being charged $1.50 per card. I was billed $18 much to my surprise. The pricing policy is not at all clear and very misleading.
Customer service have refunded my payment, that is to their credit.
What I mean is that there are a lot of the same old Jib jabs. Try replacing them with new ones. The interactive ones as well as the simple greeting cards. I know you pepper it with the latest songs on the radio but overall the site needs an overhaul.
Took advantage of holiday jib jabs and sent several to friends. Once I had the photos, easily loaded them, added greetings and swoosh, sent them on.
People loved them! They brought holiday cheer to several and my grandkids adored them!
It's a very unique and personal way to send cards and connect with others via Facebook and email. People who receive them have said that they really enjoy the experience.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices. This is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards! Please feel free to reach out to help@jibjab.com with any additional feedback and we'll pass it along.
Answer: No more than 30 min. Had to find and edit my pictures that I used.
