I lost my inventory of heads I had on my JibJab app on my iPhone! Now I have to recreate all my heads for using the app on my iPhone which I use the most. Is there a way to get them back?

Maybe you can improove the motion of the mouth, maybe using another color. Maybe a little Pink. Couse the black "hole" is funny but a little robotic. :)
I sent my nephew a Happy Birthday card- JibJab made me renew my membership for $18 then wouldn't let me finish the card- it sent with no Happy Birthday message from me- I feel ripped off- how do I get my money back?
Awesome website! I had a lot of fun sending a jib jab to my wife for Valentine's Day. I especially like that one of my former students from Cobourg, ON is now a jib jab employee!
I was really bummed after signing up and paying for a year that my first card was not received by the birthday boy. I was skeptical and now I know I should have trusted my gut
JibJab is always my turn to for any occasion that I need to send a card on! I can't wait until there are more birthday songs uploaded to create cards to! I will always recommend JibJab!
I have always wanted to try a JibJab and finally made the commitment. I have uploaded 2 videos including family members and they have really enjoyed them.
Cancelled subscription the day i subscribed realizing the price was more than specified. Yet still being charged. 2nd month now n still being charged causing me overdrafts
I wasn't aware of the auto renewal for the jibjab membership. I sent an email and they reversed the charge quickly and without hassle. Overall great experience.
I could not get the faces to fit. Could not find the screen where to make them look right.
I complement you for making cancelation so easy.
Wish it were easier to use.
Found this site to be great fun both for the creator and for the recipient of the ecard look forward to more song choices

I have lots of Deaf and Hard of hearing friends, colleagues, and family members and the lack of captioning for your videos severely limits my selection. I am highly disappointed.
I like all the options for video and ecards. I had to cancel my account because our company has decided to pay for it instead. Thanks for the great fun.
I uploaded my photo but the final card that was sent did not show me - the recipient was disappointed and I was frustrated, and 1.99$ poorer. I am a versatile Mac user, I should add.
I took a couple of jib jabs to have a laugh with my family and was charged a yearly subscribtion which i dint ask for or wished to have i feel cheated by jib jab
I had about given up when you sent me an email stating that I was almost finished. I consequently completed the HILARIOUS Xmas video------------good P. R folks
I am really happy with your service. But just one problem. That sometimes my ecards end up in the recipients junk box. I have to tell them to check their junk box to receive their cards,,
It advertised 1.99 and I was charged 18.99. My card sent was not received, and I couldn't adjust the photo on card so I had to sent a generic of someone else.
It was NOT good! Not only did the face not have eyes even when I lined it up properly, my recipients never even received email. Also, I was told it wokld be $1.50 NOT $18! Totally fraud!
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
