Lots of fun with the kids, we added the family pets faces. Would be great to have animal bodies to add pets head to.
I have been a JibJab member for years & send your cards to my 10 nieces & nephews for their birthdays (along with other friends & families). After doing this for a few years, I am starting to run out of options.
Jib Jab, do not seem interested in members and the problems we encounter, It seems to be take the money and run. Being a member for several years, I have hoped things would change but they don't and they do not appear to listen. I have written in on several occasions with a question and NEVER had a reply. Many of the card sections have bad selections many are unbalanced and have MANY crude and very offensive content. I realize JIb Jab has to appeal to all people but some of the sections are totally unbalanced. Also for long term members there is not enough new material, the aditions and changes are very slow and poor.
I have come to a conclusion as I write this, which is why do I continue, they are never going to change.It is about time I gave up and left the sight.
There are many more sights that offer this service, maybe not in the same way, but they display many more professional qualities, I have been a member of one of these for many years, they refresh their product often and reply to any problems that may occur on their site... don't know why I am wasing my time... Bad Job Jib Jab...
I wanted to try the full membership so I paid the $18 for the 30-Day trial. My 6 year old wasn't as interested as I thought she would be so I requested a refund. The customer service team answered me right away and I had my refund within two days.
Great customer service during a time when that art seems to be forgotten. I will definitely be back next year and hopefully my daughter will be a bit more excited.

I am somewhat satisfied. Would prefer to be able to make changes to photos once they are in "my e heads". Very disappointed that as a paying member, I have to pay to download my videos!

I feel as if this is a scam. Take your money then create a card no one else can view unless they subscribe. Very unhappy.

Bought a Rocker video for my step dad for his birthday. Went down very well, he loved it. Kids loved creating the video too. It was easy to do, lots of videos to choose from.

You have cut back the amount of space for information to be written on cards we found this frustrating, but after previous comments it may have been fixed we have not yet used Jib Jab since. Will see your responce when nexed used. Thank You.

I rejoined JibJab to use the Happy video. After several tries I sent it to my family and was asked for modifications. When I logged in and changed the video and resent it, I was charged another US$18. The reason I tried to change it is the silly black mouth that opens up when any character sings. There should be an option to remove mouth movements entirely.
I am sorry, but I have just received my credit card statement and $25.00 is far too much. When I was setting up the jibjab, I could not see any rates and as a result did not know just how much I was spending. We are Pensioners and I request that this account be closed immediately. I will definitely not use it again, nor will I renew, and request advice that this account is closed immediately to give me peace of mind.
