Site repetitively kept telling me to only use X number of characters (I forgot how many) but at same time was aware I was well BELOW that number with my message, noting how many I still had left! I typed my message to my brother for his 70th birthday twice, then copied and pasted it 3x, then gave up after 5 attempts and just called him!

Sadly, the video quality is very bad and not suitable for PowerPoint use like I had hoped. All video is SD so look elsewhere if you need a high quality.

Multiple Videos, after being emailed were never riecieved.

Your siter doesnt recall emails previosly used... and have to reenter the same emails over and over again.

I sent one video of my Daughter, and she recieved a Completely different Video that was not hers?

You have Bugs and Issues to resolve til then I not interested

Disappointing i cannot access Facebook Photos-Makes This App Almost Irrelevant To Me, Because I Currently Have A problem With My Laptop Software(Windows Explorer) Whereby I Cannot Load A Picture Without It Telling Me "Not Responding". Need To Upgrade Before I Can Get Any Satisfaction From This App

It was good, I misread the advertisement and thought it was 1.50 a month but got charged 18$ for the whole year but there's plenty of birthdays and holidays coming up so it's okay :)

I was confused about the cost. It would be helpful to more clear on it! I thought I could just pay for one card, but looks like I had to buy a year of use.

Overall loved how easy and user friendly the experience was. The site did momentarily shut down for a repair which was a little disruptive but it did save my account data so that was good.

This is the absolute funniest thing I've ever seen. It is great and easy to set up right from the tips of my fingers. I highly recommend this to anyone who loves to have fun.

Making and sending the videos was a lot of fun and lots of laughs. With so much stress in our lives, it was great to have something that cost so little and provided such glee!

I like the app... but I got bored quickly bc I wish there were more current as well as classic music videos and dances to choose. Other wise was fun for the first couple videos

It's fun to share but not happy that most you have to insert faces are certain number and can't change for less or more people. Also you have to pay extra to download your videos.

I used Jibjab to make videos for a charity event and they were loved by all - great fun. I then sent a query to customer service and was helped out quickly and effectively. Highly recommended.

I did my first Jib Jab card for a friend far away during the holidays. It was easy (I am a techno dummy) and the result was so funny I landed up laughing myself silly.

Some of the younger generations don't know quite what to make of it but our near generation friends and family love it and it's so nice to read their comments. Keep up the great work!

My wife was Jib Jab fan before she died. I needed to close her account and it only took a one sentence request one time to have her account closed in a very professional manner.

Bought a Rocker video for my step dad for his birthday. Went down very well, he loved it. Kids loved creating the video too. It was easy to do, lots of videos to choose from.

My kids love making these for their grandparents and aunts/uncles that live on the other side of the US. They also love receiving the cards and look forward to seeing new ones in their inbox.

I needed the service for an online event. For some reason I got auto logged out just before the event so all images and movies prepared got lost once I've re-logged-in... It was very disappointing!

I love the cards but after being a member for 3 years, I have sent most of the relevant ones to my closest friends and family. I would really love to see more new content.

Hilarious. Always makes me laugh! Jib Jab is a fun new way to share cards with friends while making them laugh at the same time. Watching the videos over and over makes me very happy!
