It's a fun and easy platform to use. I wanted to send young kids an ecard. I'd like more of those options. Also it would be great to choose whether it's one, two, or more people.

Good fun, worth the price... just make sure you opt out of the auto renewal. I've joined up again now, but I paid the price in the past for not knowing I had auto renewed and never using it.

There was an unknown charge on the account. When I called them, they took care of the problem right away even though it was not their fault, as the charge came through a third party vender.

I needed to get a refund and was worried it was going to be a long drawn out hassle... not at all! Very quick and polite service. Got the refund in a blink of an eye. Thank you JibJab!

I have loved using jib jab it gave my friends so many laughs. Some hilarious cards I was sending out. Get into it and give it a try. If ur into sending e cards then this app is fantastic.

I really like the approach of this ecard site. You can put your face or anyone's face on a dancing, singing character. Very funny and entertaining. The person I just sent one to really enjoyed it.

I have had hours of fun with the JibJab app. My daughter accuses me of having to much time on my hands but gets a laugh out of every clip. This is the most enjoyable application on the net.

There should be a lot more "scenes"... - since the years. Not many new... and maybe allow a better outline of the faces. - d'ont forget it's not free ;) - Otherwise very fun :)

I should have liked to send a real musical greeting, such as something rousing by Wagner (e.g. From the overture to Tannhauser), but such choices did not seem to be available.

I have had a lot of fun. But there are some old musical videos and pictures.
I would like to have more options related to latín music or Latin American singers.

2 of the three Jib Jab Christmas cards were not viewable by those receiving them so it was a waste of time. The links didn't work and the video wouldn't load.

My now, 20 year old Grandaughter is partying in L. A. with her posse. We are home in Hawaii missing the Fun! Ugh! What a Special Girl that deserves special memories...

I made a mistake with my subscription and needed to contact customer service for help. They responded right back and helped me resolve my issue. Couldn't ask for more than that.

Devonne was very helpful regarding the mix-up on my account; very professional but congenial, as well. Tough to find that combination these days. I'm very happy with the outcome! Thank you!

Easy to use, with lots of selections for the comic routines. I hope they continue to add more. Our friends and family have all remarked in how they enjoy the light/heartedness.

I really like the dance and music vidioes. I wish they had more good o es and less stupid ones. Also they need so e for large families. We have 6 and 7. You o ly go up to five.

I have been a member for a few years now, and JibJab is my favourite card site.
Nothing is too much trouble when you need help and I have such fun doing the cards to send. EVERYONE Loves them, and toddlers, ALWAYS want to watch them over and over again.

I didn't know that the card would go to JUNK and my wife retrieved the card two days after her birthday as I waited for response from JIBJAB. There needs to be a way to get immediate help to recover on the day that the card should have been delivered!
