One bill & fee after another

To see the video you must pay a subscription fee. To use the video you must pay another fee. Instead of posting the costs upfront, the fees and payments are revealed one level at a time. You may consider this clever marketing, but it honestly feels more like a scam.

Cancel my account. It was subscribed to under false pretenses.

Magical expérience for my friends wedding

I made à small movie for my friends wedding and I used several jibjab, as well as some nice vidéo taken from their friends. The result is so nice that it is a souvenir they want to keep for long. I particularly loved the silent movie you propose on your Web site. Well done guys and thanks you so much.

Loved the results! Lacking easy guiding instructions on saving your video or photo. I had to play around and search a lot in order to find out where all the features were. A non technical person will have a very difficult time figuring it out and will probably get frustrated and leave. I couldn't get the FB interface to work it wouldn't save to FB so had to improvise and copy past link into FB. The videos are awesome except for the unclassed ones i. E. Hind end items, sexual content etc...

All my experience with JibJab was pleasant. I used the app for a while and loved it, my friends were very pleasantly impressed. But when I decided to end the membership, the customer service didnt play hide&seak to avoid the unsubscription, just helped me. Im just not worried or stressed. Thank you

Very annoyed!

There was no obvious mention of the subscription charge- i thought i was just paying for 1 card. Very misleading. Obviously very small print, blink and u miss it! Tried to cancel' no option to do so. And when the card arrived, my uploaded face wasn't even on it! Very angry. Desperate for a refund.

Fun, fun, fun!

I've been sending Jib-Jjab cards for a number of years. I have a great stash of faces for the videos. The cards are so clever, easy to personalize and deliver right on time. Three regular paper cards can cost as much or more than a year's membership with unlimited cards. To me, it's a no-brainer.

I dont use jibjab as I did in the past, and didnt realize I had a membership. When I saw the annual fee pop up on PayPal notifications, I emailed jibjab right away to ask them to cancel my
Membership. Not only did they respond within 5 minutes of my email, but they cancelled my
Membership and they fully refunded me. This is excellent customer service and Ill definitley be using jibjab again in the future.

I emailed last year and this year about canceling issues and still getting charged. They don't respond. Also on the website message center they do not respond. I only used this one time and it has cost me $54. I don't recommend this company at all.

Bad!

The fact that we need to pay to download the video despite being a premium member leaves a distasteful experience. Also, this is mentioned in one of the FAQs, in a distant corner of the website. It should be mentioned clearly on the checkout/ payment page.

E card never went through

The video e card never made it to the recipient. I checked to see if I had the correct email address. Checked his spam folder and attempted several times to resend. I finally forwarded the version sent to my email. A lot of work. Very expensive

No download feature

I have used jibjab in the past, especially during the holidays when free jibjabs are offered. I recently made an account and paid for the membership so I would have unlimited access and be able to download the videos for use in PowerPoint or to have on my phone etc. I am extremely disappointed that I only have email capability and cannot download my videos that I paid for!

Unclear pricing

Not very clear on the price you pay. Upon looking at 5 versions, I chose one to share but did not eclectic to pay 18 dollars so immediately cancelled and cancelled the recurring payment. A missold prduct

Fun and easy

A friend sent me a JibJab card and I enjoyed it - saw the box to hit to make my own - I'm not usually good at doing something like this, but it was really easy - excellent results - did 1 of my husband & I first - then 1 with our five grandkids. Have watched them several times - posted on facebook - the grandkids loved it too - and also watched over and over and laughed like crazy

Love your Site, but you need more videos

I have been using JibJab for a few years now and have been a paid member for the past two. I love sending my family all sorts of dancing or music video cards. However, I find myself having to choose from the same ones a lot of the time. The new music videos also don't cater to my family's taste in music. I would love to see some more songs from the 60s-70s or even the 90s. Those are always classics and make the funniest videos. Thanks!

Not satisfied.

Big smiles!

I always get big smiles and everyone laughs all the time and thats why I love making the cards and the videos.
The only thing that i dont like is that you removed the shaping feature and I'm not able anymore to adjust the face limits or edit the head shape..., and this used to be possible.
I understand that you improved jib jab services, and thats good, but in this case i dont think that the result was better because the heads look huge and disproportionate.
The shaping feature should be avaiable again! Please improve that feature, please...!

Problems with JibJab
August 23, 2016

I had two cards that were scheduled for delivery on August 17, but were never delivered. I wrote to ask what may have happened and was told that maybe it was in the recipient's spam, but it was not. I wrote back but have not received an answer. I sent the cards myself with their URL. I'm not sure what happened... However, it is fun and easy to use.

Fun, easy-to-create animated cards

I uploaded a photo and easily fit it into the busy elf template, and for $1.99 downloaded the file for posting to my YouTube channel. Then I sent a JPEG with an embedded link to the video, for my Christmas greeting recipients. Great feedback! Everyone loves the elf!

Unpleasant surprise.

I signed myself up for a JibJab account - and now trying to find out what I had done when I found $18 charge on my creditbil every year untill this year.
Strange enough I didnt see it untill the last bill, i was extremely surprised and not in a good way.
I don; t like and did not realise I was signing up for a "live long" account`or membership?
It seemed like a very expensive birthday card ( yes only 1) that way!

So I ask you to stop immediately my account and credit me for at least the last charge.
