Iphone app

I had clicked on an iphone app for jib jab and was surprised to see a charge against my account for $18.00 to jib jab a few days later. I immediately contacted Taylar at jib jab and my issue was dealt with in a timely manner. They issued me a refund. My family has been a fan of Jib Jab for years, so I was pleased to see this dealt with in a fair and timely manner.

Excellent customer service

I didn't realize a purchase I made last year was going to auto renew. The site was easy to navigate to request a refund. The response time was fast (within) 24 hours. Best of all I was able to do it all online and disn't have to call in. Great service.

Unauthorised sign up to JibJab -BEWARE
January 6, 2017

I didn't agree to the sign up and thought I was just sending one Eva Rd for minimal payment.

The site is very misleading and gets you into an unagreed sign up then doesn't respond to emails refuting the sign up and payment made. Currently in a disputed payment via PayPal

Superior & Funny Animated All Occasion Greetings

The first time I received a Happy Birthday JibJab greeting card with a customized picture of myself as the forefront character I cracked up laughing. I actually enrolled myself in one of the most least expensive and most affordable way to send all my family and friends a terrific greeting, and for all occasions. I highly recommend JibJab.

Hillarious

It was my wife's 50th birthday when I found your site by accident. Looking for the definition of a Jib. I checked out your site and made a Chip and Dales card for my Wife. She laughed and so did I and continued to make cards to 2:00am and had tears in our eyes laughing about what we had done. Thank You Very Much for this is not some card that will be thrown away but something that can be cherished for years to come. Well done. We have shown what we have done to family and friends and they love what they see. Hopes are they use your site as did we. Thanks again for the Laughter.

Gosh thought how neat. I have multiple sclerosis wanted to tickle not only myself but friends. Didnt get to do that. To bad better instructions were not available.

Refund help was great

Was able to get a refund of the annual JibJab service fee that I wasn't aware of. The process was very easy and straightforward. I appreciated the ease and fast pace the team got back to me and issued the refund. Would definitely return in the future for services if needed.

I had a subscription to Jibjab that I haven't used all year (I'd forgotten about it). I noticed I'd been charged for the following year (2017) so contacted them to ask for NEXT year's (2018) to be cancelled. I wasn't expecting a refund for 2017 but they refunded me in full. This type of customer service ensures that if I need their type of service in the future I will come straight back to them.

Easiest, least painful "jab" I've ever gotten!

Quite easy to sign up and send e-cards. Customizable faces are also easy to upload, resize, and re-orient. Only quibble: the "face editor" used to be somewhat more sophisticated, and would actually allow you to define an irregular, curved "clipping area" around the face. That's apparently no longer possible, as it seems the only option is to clip to a rectangle -- which sometimes leaves bits of a photo's background that are distracting.

Frustrating..

I tried to send a birthday card to my girlfriend. The site could not upload her pic to the card and after 4 attempts I ran out of time and had to resort to buying flowers... i feel it was money wasted,,,,, Paul Burke

Jib Jab user suggestion

I have been a Jib Jab user for years. I have used many of your ecards over and over and now have run out of choices. Will you be adding more soon? Also, some of your cards allow for optional choices of the number of heads you can use. I like that because sometimes there are families of 3. Can that option be added to more cards? Thanks for your fun ecards.

I've been using this site for years, to send funny videos to my friends and family. I don't ever recall paying $24 for the year! I don't usually write reviews, but this was just so dissapointing. The quality of the product is good, but the fee is outlandish. I absolutely understand that people need to make a living, and I'm all for that, but $24 is just plain greedy. How about partnering with other companies to buy advertising space on your popular website? I'm sure that Best Buy, Target, Walmat, and other retailers would gladly spend a few dollars. Or maybe do some product placement on the videos? It seems to me that companies would love to get their products advertised directly to consumers. Jib Jab would probably make more money doing that as opposed to taking advantage of loyal customers who are now searching for other websites with comprable services at a fair price.

BUYER BEWARE!
April 10, 2015

Having used JibJab before, I was excited to make a group video for my sister's birthday. After an hour of work, THEN they tell me I have to subscribe for ONE YEAR in order to send this one video. I don't mind paying for the card - that's only fair - I'd pay $5. But I dont' want to give them $18 for one card and with automatic renewal. Also don't log in with Facebook. You've given them access to all your friends, your email, your photos and more. Then I read these reviews and am so glad all I wasted was an hour! BUYER BEWARE!

Not So Easy
December 13, 2016

Created the video and clicked next, found out nothing uploaded. Even after i purchased I created the video using an uploaded photo. Finally realized I had to create new heads and then could create video. Took 39 minutes with what should have taken 10.

No point

I find that when you must pay extra so that you can download a video it should be ready a lot faster.
I made a video for a guy at work at 9 am so that we could have it on a screen here at work.
He left for the day at about 4:30 in the afternoon, so the video was a total waste of money. I had to pay for a year andthen they charge another 2$ on-top to be able to download a file. I was assuming that I would get it shortly, but it used 15 hours (09:00 till midnight)

Disappointed!

JibJab asked me to update Adobe to play the videos. When I click on the JibJab Adobe Update nothing happens. So I updated to current Adobe version on my computer. Then logged back into JibJab and the same message appeared which would not let me continue. I was frustrated and logged off. This also happened after I paid the $18 yearly fee so I was not very happy with JibJab!

Great application and great customer service

I have used Jib Jab many times over the years, and had the premium version for the last five. Lately after retiring I found out I just couldnt find the time to use it as much. I input a refund for my last auto subscription, and heard back almost within a minute ot two, and the money was returned to my account in less then 2 days. Other internet companies should use Jib Jab as a training tool. Most application service is awful. JIB JABS is SUPERIOR If there was a 10 star rating I would give them that Kudos
