After receiving a bill for the paid account that I thought I had closed years ago, and being unable to access my account because it was under an old e-mail address no longer valid, I reached out for help. It took some digging, but JibJab's Customer Service Rep was able to locate me in their system and figure it all out. These folks ROCK! Bless you, JibJab!

The cards are hilarious. Thanks. The only thing I can think of is, I would like to see more birthday cards with two, three or four cast members. You do this on the Christmas cards, and I would like to see that on the Birthday cards as well. Thanks
Made a birthday card. Really like the video I made and emailed it to the recipient. Would like to have known when and if it was read. Hallmark and those basic card companies do that. Only bummer of the experience.
Personalized videos are limited. The process to add faces and mask it is very limited and the outcome is not so great. I. e. If you have a skinny face it won't adapt the shape and it won't look right.
I was thinking the price for the year subscription will be charged monthly not one time payment. You need to be more clear in your advertisements.

I like to watch the kids make the videos. They get a kick out of putting their relative's faces in the jib jabs. I just get them into the site and they take over. From picking faces to animating them.

The team member who assisted me was kind and respectful in an email and wanted to follow-up to make sure I was satisfied with the resolution to my problem. I appreciate the service I received, as well as have the feeling that JibJab cares about their customers, quality of service and the product they offer. Thank you JibJab team! It was fun. Made my video for my sister with my family. My five year old daughter loved making the film with me; picking out family photos, editing the pictures, and the final film. Lots of fun. Nice website. Intuitive.
I very much appreciated the lightening fast response time and kindness to help when I accidentally purchased the wrong thing. I thought I was signing up for a one time payment when it was actually payment for an entire year.
After trying for an hour on Mother's Day to subscribe and send the card I had created, I got the big "OMG - our system is down" screen. This ended the process for me. Later on Sunday, I noticed that the system was down for sending the card - but not for taking my money. I want a refund immediately. This is theft! *******@gmail.com. Do the right thing so we don't have to involve a 3rd party, please and thanks.
The quality of the movies is great and the site is mostly easy to navigate and use. However, one of the two movies I purchased as a download for $1.99 is still showing "rendering in progress" 48 hours later and the two free e-cards I sent were apparently never received.
I have had JibJab for many years. I create birthday skits and get well skits for many family and friends. Everyone enjoys them to the utmost. Don't just say "Happy Birthday" to someone. Utilize the JibJab app and make it a funny, memorable, birthday, for someone.
I dislike paying for this site, I dislike that I pay for the whole year and cant just pay for one month because the only time I ever really used this was during Christmas. I hope your site doesn't try to make other people who I sent to pay. I will be canceling my subscription soon and will most likely never use it again. I've haven't even noticed anyone else using it at all this year and the fact that you now charge is probably why.
I loved your cards and thought they are so funny. But I sent one and the recipient was slightly offended and the other I posted and got only one reaction and no comments. I guess I can amuse myself for a year.
As a teacher, I use JJ to instill a bit of fun into the classroom. From time to time I begin lessons with a film (having had the students send me a photo). It works to create fun cohesion and a sense of community.
My phone rep was awesome and so prompt to get back. I hate to leave this review. He was awesome but I have not yet seen my refund. Help? If I get refund this will be a 5 star review. Is this my bank or Jibjab?
I did not realize I was signing up for an annual membership that renewed automatically which is why I cancelled it so I am not sure why I am receiving this. I was trying to send one card which I thought would cost $1.50.
I'm not happy because I located the mouth in a spot on the face that I bElieve it was the right place, then, I found the preview the video and it was pretty bad! Too late... I already paid the annual fee. Not happy at all.
Answer: Unfortunately, now you can only edit your heads immediately after you upload them, which makes it a waste of time to save them because each head you upload will only work correctly for the video you uploaded it for. I was told they removed the 'edit any time' function so people could use their app on androids which sounds pretty absurd to me. Oh well, this will be the last year I ever pay for it again if they don't correct this outrage.
Answer: We've removed the fine-tuned shaping feature for now to make our casting process easier for all; we also made adjustments so that users can easily cast their cards directly on mobile devices.
