After trying for an hour on Mother's Day to subscribe and send the card I had created, I got the big "OMG - our system is down" screen. This ended the process for me. Later on Sunday, I noticed that the system was down for sending the card - but not for taking my money. I want a refund immediately. This is theft! pfriedman@gmail.com. Do the right thing so we don't have to involve a 3rd party, please and thanks.
