Web site issue

I tried several time to make the xmas videos where you put in your faces. I tried 4 styles and each time I got my phases ready then hit "get started". Without exception I got sent back to the home page and could not make my videos. So nobody got videos for Christmas. It was time consuming and it sucked

Poor start

I was disappointed to find that I had to join to see what I was getting.
Have not found it particularly user friendly and range of offerings, limited in style, unlikely to fully cater for my needs. Amusing but no subtlety.

Not delivered properly
August 8, 2016

Ordered three cards on first day. Sent one that day, arrived perfectly. The other two were to be delivered next day. Never showed up in inbox. I was at my brother in laws house and had to ask him about it. It wasn't there. Then he did a search of my name and it showed up. Don't think it was his computer. Other one hadn't been opened. I will send her a separate message today to see if she can search for it. Love the site, not sure yet about the operation.

Loved JibJab for years

Loved JibJab for years. Every holiday season I would make ecards and later order them on mugs and magnets as gifts for family. I logged in today to begin this year's shopping only to find that the site has deleted some of its key tools. It seems I can no longer modify the size/shape of a new head. The option to adjust the faces to the image you are using has also been removed. It is now impossible to create an image that doesn't look like a kindergarden craft. JibJab has lost my business. Currently searching for a JibJab alternative for this year's gifts...

I tried to make a birthday card. But there were not many selections to choose from. How often you guys create new designs? You charge so much money for a year subscription. I want to cancel my subscription.

Don't Hesitate

I took me a while to go ahead. But I did in the end and have been laughing ever since
I am using the clips for my home movie night for a relatives Birthay. Simplecto use straight forward charges. Nothing sinister. Just do it.

Terrible experience! I paid the annual fee (which BTW is automatically renewing) but could not download or complete the card. I worked for two hours to try to get the JibJab site to generate the card but could not get it. As a result I could not get the card to someone in Europe on their birthday as they had already gone to bed before I gave up. I will be asking for a refund.

Billing Misunderstanding

I recently contacted JIBJAB Customer Service department because of a billing misunderstanding and would like to say they responded very quickly and sorted out the problem for me. Excellent service. I don't usually write reviews but have done in this case to ket customers know they can use this site with confidence.

Quick response to email requesting a refund
January 6, 2017

After purchasing a year subscription I realized I could not use this service due to the fact I'm not on Facebook. After submitting a request for a refund within two days a full refund was posted with absolutely no hassel. Exceptional customer service! Thanks so very much!

Awesome experience
November 21, 2022

This was such a fun app when we used it in the past. I had totally forgotten that I even had the app until my account was charged for the annual subscription. It was very easy to get in touch with the company and I was able to request a refund since I was within the time window. They reached out to me within a few hours granting the refund.

Old User thinks return is 'meh'

As a a returning subscriber, I see some changes - some good, some bad:
- like how quick and easy it is now to go from the "personalize" button to watching a personalized video - super quick and quite easy to add Heads & drop them in, but i suspect that's because...
- miss the ability to more-precisely edit the Heads I upload (especially around their jaw/chin area so I can cut out clothes/backgrounds).
- I think a subscriber should have downloads included free in the price - like we used to.

Net-net: I will probably cancel during my 30d trial period.

Jib Jab is not what I expected!
August 10, 2017

I wanted to send my daughter a funny card for her 21st Birthday. (She is away at college.) I pulled up Jib Jab to look at what cards they had. I couldn't look at the selection until I signed up with Jib Jab. So I did. I could Not find anything that would be appropriate or even funny for a 21st Birthday. I am not satisfied with this subscription at all! It is a waste of money!

I didn't notice the instructions for animating the mouths and my first card was wrong. I was able to fix this... wish the editing process didn't require starting from scratch. Also, it would be great if there was an option to incorporate more than 5 sometimes. Otherwise, this was fun and all enjoyed the card/exprerience!

We have a large extended family and the JibJab animations are great for giving everyone young and old a laugh and feeling included at many important family times of the year especially Christmas. The cost is minimal and creating these animations with family pics are priceless.

Funny card but wouldn't play back

Although the date was funny, the bits that I actually managed to watch of the card would not buffer / playback successfully even with megafast internet. I couldn't preview before sending and then asked for money to download. Very disappointed.

Best fun ever
February 1, 2017

I usually have a yearly membership. However it did not renew, which forced me to renew at a different rate. Very upsetting as I have been with them forever. I wrote to them. I received my refund and was able to renew with my old contract fee. I love Jib Jab and make my kids laugh everyday.
(Jib Jab, you made me a happy Gal again. Thank you for all you do!

Good to be using Jib Jab again.

I have long been a fan of sending personalised greetings and cards to my family and friends with lots of good comments and feed back from them.
The variety and selection is great, something for most occasions.
For a while I did not have the facility and everyone asked 'Why have I stopped sending them greetings' So I came back!
