All good. Clever options and lots of them. Didn't use face insert option but it looked easy to use. Good job.

But i used to like it more when you could modify the faces better. Having a standard face makes their heads too big. You should have your old choice from before where you can make the face smaller and compliment people instead of making them have big heads. And have the standard one for people that don; t care. All in all I love your jib jabs but the old faces to make where the best

Very fun! I enjoyed making a couple of cards for the June birthdays. I hope to use this service often.

I enjoy picking the unique Jib Jab's and inputting my friends and family into them to post on Facebook for all to see.

I have used Jib Jab a couple of years. They are fun and people enjoy them. My only complaint is that you are limited on the number of words you can write in the message. We are using the card as an invite to our birthday/anniversary party and have to make two cards to send all the details

Difficult to use. Hard to edit. Hard to send. It was just not a good experience and I want to cancel, get a recund.

What do you get your dad on his 79th birthday, who doesn't need anything? A Jib Jab video of himself! My dad's newly widowered and lives in Arizona. I thought of Jib Jab because they are so funny and really cheer people up. It worked! Thank you.

Unfortunately my phone just was not compatible with the jibjab app. I let the support team know this and received a full refund within the hour. I am surprised and could not ask for anything more from a company thanks guys YOU HANDLE BUSINESS WELL.

The pictures didn't really look good, I wasn't all that happy overall w my video. The openings of the mouthes where too big and that made it look dumb

Great alternative to other e card sites. Funny. For the person who doesn't want to always send the super sentimental cards.

I would appreciate an "Invite" category; fun invites to parties, anniversaries, wine tasting, etc, unless you have a non-compete with eVite. Thanks

Funny ways to make someone laugh. My mom always loves these e-cards. It's a great site. The birthday options are limited, and don't change. After using them all for a few years, would be great to get some new options.

I tried 3 times to cancel this and I am still being billed. Not user friendly when you want to cancel

The cards offered here were different and much more interesting. My other card site was starting to get stale and bland.

Jibjab is a fun site. I enjoy the dance videos when they sing.The app is easy to use which makes it more enjoyable

Site doesn't allow a one off payment. I signed up and now the site doesn't recognise my details so I can't unsubscribe. Videos were shared on Facebook and only worked for the day. Can't go back to replay.

Returning customer and again the same old videos.

New videos to few and far apart...

I renewed my subscription because it's a good value for me. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the selection of dancing/singing cards available for birthdays, especially. I am a senior citizen and the choices are limited.
