I loved the opportunity to send the 2 photo jib jab onto my 2 grandchildren. However, there wasn't the opportunity for me to write a comment or even somewhere to let them know who this was from. It just went from making the jib jab, then when the pics were set up, it just went into e-mail sending--no spot for comments. Not happy!
Outstanding customer support and experience! I purchased the app in a rush without realising it wasn't quite what I was after and the process of refund was the most straightforward and smoothest I had with the most pleasant response. And this is the quality of service they give to leaving customers! Great and fun product too! Keep up the great work JibJab team!
Some of these cards are the reason to belly laugh every day by merely inserting a friends face into one of the spots and watch their little feet do a dance or two. Get the boys to cancan and you have a winner!
I miss the opportunity to shape the heads more to fit the "starring you videos". You still use the eye level and rotate image setting but there was no way to bring the edges of the face to the same shape as the facial images I used... but my friend still enjoyed his card. Thank you!
Fun to use at Christmas time for end of year slide shows at school and for family get togethers. I did find for the school purposes there were only a few I could use so we were seeing the same ones a lot (not so funny after a while). However for an adult situation such as office parties it would be a lot of fun!

Fun and enjoyable chance to create personalized video and ecards! It was easy and I am not skilled with technology so I lived it! Downloaded pictures from my phone and the laughter followed. It's almost addictive! Love it. Can't stop telling about the app with others!

Everyone loved them but some couldn't get them to play on their phone. I really liked the videos and had a hard time choosing one. Is there a way to preview the finished video before sending it? If so I couldn't find it.

I love JibJab but do not like what seems to be a dumbing-down of the features, such as creating new heads and the ability to choose the number of people in the videos. In the past I was able to make tailor the heads to my liking in terms of proportion and shape--but now it is much simpler, but not necessarily the most aesthetically pleasing. I miss the ability to choose the number of people cast, when available on certain videos, too. Perhaps the simplified features should be free and a more feature-laden version should be available to subscribers as an option?
Very funny but not truth there are 1500 cards to put my pictures on (this is what the publicity pretends). English only for videos, dance, etc. is ok but other cards are useless. This means I have to choose through aproximetly 40 cards.
I called in, in regards to my account & Jerimiah my rep was very kind, understanding and very helpful with no hassles or additional sales stuff. Refreshing to be able to call in for a request and simply have it taken care of.
This site is trappy including not telling you in advance that after you find and spend your time customizing a card that you are required to $12/year auto-renewable member. They used to let you pay a smaller fee per card. Don't waste your time unless you love sleazy traps and auto-renewal memberships. Also, the uniqueness of customizing a video is hampered by their lack of choices. Most choices are strange or very adolescent. Too bad, the idea was good but the downfall will be greed and lack of refinement and greed.
The cards are all getting formulaic. You need to get creative and increase the types of animated cards you produce. Also, Please provide a place where I can see which cards were sent to which people. That way, I won; t send the same card again! For example, for my wife's birthday, it would be nice to know what I sent last year. The cards look so similar it is hard to remember.
Get on this! Or I will not renew next time. Get creative! And how about some more serious cards? I would like to mix it up. Not every card has to make you laugh. Some can be romantic. Some can be inspirational.
I've always loved getting JibJab cards and thought they would be free but after spending hours making a funny card for my friend I realised I had to pay to send it. I felt a bit duped to be honest and it was a complicated and lengthy process. I think it should be cheaper.
I wanted to create a birthday card for my 9 YO girl, but my choices were limited for what I would consider appropriate, so I ended up choosing the song Happy with our family faces. Cute, but very limited
Easy... satisfied. Setup account was easy, downloading photo and setting up a birthday card was easy and quickly done. I went into account today as I do not like automatic renewal but was happy to see I could remove that. Overall satisfied.
If you forgot to send a gift in time and don't want to look foolish, the JibJab is a chance to correct it.
Ten minutes - the gift is ready, and already delivered to the birthday boy(girl) email.
But not cheap for me.

Most of our "Choose 1 - 5" videos are available during the holidays. :) We removed the shaping feature to make our casting process easier for all; this is part of our desire to make sure that anyone can learn to use and send our cards. However, we offer some different head shapes in our mobile apps!
