Jersey Loco

Truly the worst company to do business with. I have made several attempts to contact about a jersey I bought and no one has reached out. Truly horrible service, they have no problem taking your money but when you're trying to exchange or refund your order they don't reach back out. The quality is horrible as well as the customer service. I would not recommend nor purchase anything from them again. I can see why the ratings are low.

Be careful before doing business with the company. The products are OK, in my experience, but there is zero customer service other than automated email responses and they do not treat their customers in good faith.
They charge $10 for shipping, yet goods take a month to arrive (domestic USA). They claim to accept returns for store credit but have failed to do this in my case. I returned a pristine shirt at my own expense within the terms of their refund policy (sent registered post and got there in 3 days—I have proof of delivery), yet they refuse to credit me. They have a number to call which is NEVER answered, and any messages you leave will have no effect. Do not buy from them unless you are certain that what they send will fit, and if it doesn't, just give it away. You will save yourself the cost of return shipping, because the promised refund is never going to happen.

I want to share my dissapointed experience. I did an order on 16Jun2024 and my package never arrived. According to the tracker number it was in my town (Silver Spring) but it never was delivered and it was returned to California. Now the tracking number says it is stuck in New Jersey. I called several times without response. I send several emails and they said it was delivered successfully. At this point I keep trying to contact but no response. I want my money back but again no response.
Lack of compromise. Don't make purchases here.

I have bought several jerseys from jersey loco and I was satisfied until they missed spelled my name wrong on a Ukraine Jersey I purchased. I have been told numerous times over the phone that they will make this right. I have given the order number, etc. and they have not made things right yet. All promises and no actions!

I made an order to Jersey Loco, which they promised the items will ship in three days. But it's more than 7 days, I haven't even received any shipping information. I realized Jersey Loco places the order to China where the Jerseys are made, so that's why it takes too long for the items to ship. Jersey Loco lied to me that my items have shipped. And even though the company is just located here in San Diego, I haven't still received any shipping information after 3 days. So I therefore cancelled my Order. But Jersey Loco has refused to answer my calls and refused to refund me. I do not want the Jerseys anymore because it's from China and has low quality and will definitely be smaller than my size as a result. But Jersey Loco has still refused to refund me even though they haven't even given me shipping information as they promised

This store has a great selection of football shirts for all ages. I was able to find a shirt for my dad that he loves and the quality is amazing. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a high-quality football shirt.

Very much happy with my order and jersey. The quality is superb for the price point. Got my girlfriend a jersey with her name and she loved it. Only downside I would suggest improving could be shipping times as they are not the fastest, but overall good experience.

It has been a month since I ordered my husband's jersey. Tracking was provided December 11 to a false tracking number. They say all their customer service people are in the warehouse fulfilling orders. As an office person, there is no way in hell that would ever happen. This sight is a scam! Don't order from them. I'm still waiting on my refund

Took 1 month to receive our non-customized jersey. Asked for a refund, as it was for a gift and didn't arrive even close to on time. Zero follow up, never got back to us. Was told they would talk to a manager to get an exception then never called us back. Reached out several times via phone and email, no one picks up the phone. Will be getting my credit card company involved now.

I am quite satisfied with the store. My order took a few days to arrive, but all shirts arrived well protected, and all the items that I ordered had arrived. Also, good customer service always responded to my emails within 1 day.

Having bought several times from Jerseyloco I can recommend them highly enough. Communication is always swift and helpful. They really understand what 'service' means rather than just 'purchase'. Oh and their prices are of course great!
