Took 1 month to receive our non-customized jersey. Asked for a refund, as it was for a gift and didn't arrive even close to on time. Zero follow up, never got back to us. Was told they would talk to a manager to get an exception then never called us back. Reached out several times via phone and email, no one picks up the phone. Will be getting my credit card company involved now.

Whatever that means. If it's so hectic I think they should shut their business as no one else in the world has such a challenge delivering on orders. Blaming poor choices on shipping partners on Covid and holidays is really poor form especially when no one else has the problem except jersey loco. Got jerseys from DHgate etc faster.
They do not respond to emails with 48-72 as stated. They do not pick up the phone ever. They inform you of lack of availability after they have charge you (even when product shows as available) on an email 2 days later. I assume jerseys are coming for Asia because the package has been in transit for over three weeks.
I order a jersey online back in mid-November, and I still have not received the jersey! There is no customer service or anyone who answers emails. I don't believe this company is actually legit! Save your time and money and skip Jersey LOCO!
I ordered 3 jerseys for Christmas in November and it is the middle of January and still no jerseys even after contacting them 3 times. I had to have my credit card company investigate to get my money back. They are a scam company. Even the tracking number they sent to track the packs is fake.

After a long wait I received the jerseys. Very low quality. Looks like a table cloth.

Terrible jerseys, terrible customer service
I placed the order Dec 2nd and paid via Klarna. Now the tracking number provides a date prior to my order. The items are late and I received a very wordy but unconvincing explanation. I suspect the whole business may be a scam. I read the reviews and most of the positive ones sound fake. Bad grammar, spelling mistakes. Etc. Lots start with ""So Far... The unfavorable reviews are very worrying. Seems impossible to contact Klarna or HighRise e Commerce LLC. I will try Mastercard and warn them about both companies.
My husband and I ordered three jerseys from here on November 25,2023. We received an email on November 28,2023 with a tracking number. We waited a few days, because sometimes tracking takes a while. By December 16 there were no updates to the tracking and it said USPS was waiting to get package. At that point I contacted Jersey Loco via email. Got an automated response saying they have contacted the shipper and are a bit behind, but it would get there. No big deal. We went away for Christmas and on January 9th, I again reached out as nothing had arrived and status hadn't changed. They said they would "open an investigation." To be fair they shipping said 14-21 business days, but the 9th was 26 business days - so I thought it was adequate. Also called on January 10 and left a message, as this was my only choice. Never got a return call, called again today, January 16,2024...again can only leave a message. I did also send another email. But I'm pretty frustrated with the lack of response.
