I ordered Apple Air Tags - despite the fact the courier claimed they were delivered, they were not. Even though there was an adult at home waiting to receive the parcel, the delivery company couldn't provide any proof of delivery - no signature, no photo of the parcel being left anywhere. JD Williams customer service was truly dreadful - didn't listen, or even respond to emails. I have never come across a company quite so obviously contemptuous of its customers, and quite so determined to lose them.
BEWARE you will be charged interest and a non payment charge even if items are returned and there is no payment due! You are expected to make a minimum payment even though you have returned goods! Ridiculous - never come across this before. Would not recommend using and customer services waste of time.
Terrible experience, they don't even know where my parcel is. It's lost somewhere and then they take years to even get this sorted. Why does it take so long? Terrible service.
They have been saying it's been alerted to the upper team for ages now. Like when will you guys actually solve this issue?
Poor communication from the team, no support is available, and delivery times are abysmal.
If you call them, they will tell you someone will get back to you the next day - but then you won't get a single response.

AVOID this company at all costs. They allow fraudsters to open accounts in your name but with a strange address, without doing the proper ID and address checks. And then wrongfully add info to your credit file affecting your credit score! They then refuse to accept responsibility for their actions, refuse to admit they were at fault and refuse to uphold the complaint lodged with them. My credit score has been seriously affected because of their incompetence and shady business running. There are hundreds of similar complaints across the Web and on social media.
This company needs to be investigated for their misconduct and lack of due diligence!
On the 4th October 2021 J D Williams courier Hermes posted my parcel through my opened top window and pushing my shutters open and rested my parcel on top of the shutters. This caused damage to my ornaments on my window seal and stress to my dog. I have been in contact with J D Williams over 30 times regarding this issue and all they say is that a manager will be in touch within the next 48 hours. I'm still awaiting there call. They have said that Hermes are not reliable for the damaged they caused and they agreed with me that this is not the way to deliver a parcel.
Beyond disgusted. Informed of stolen card being used by customer. Continued to accept stolen and stopped card payments after being informed that the matter was in hands of police and fraud teams. VILE Fraudsters!
I purchased a TV at a reasonable price only to find they have taken the payment from my account twice, leaving me overdrawn. I contact them and they blame my bank. My bank (correctly) say ABSOLUTE RUBBISH! I contact them again and they admit it was them (they lied to me then) and they're sorry but thanks for letting them know! Having none of this i argue the point (for an HOUR) & they offer £10 and 15% off clothing? I buy a TV and they offer cheaper clothes, what? So come back and spend more money with us after giving you utterly dreadful service. JD Williams, you are officially one of the worst. AVOID
After JD Willams, took my order wrong, took my money, I made 3 phones, wrote to them. They admitted their mistakes and the fact I still don't have my order, as they didn't dispatch it... they haven't given me my refund... I have to stamp my own claim form! A supervisor won't speak to me... terrible service. Don't use them.
DO NOT ORDER from this company, they are utterly poor. They don't secure delivery of your goods and then won't issue a refund. I don't want anything else to do with them, please don't engage with them either.
Absolute shocking company it all went wrong from day 1. My brand new iPhone 13 pro was delivered to the wrong address by parcelforce on the 23rd October as it stands November 10th I still don't have my iPhone 13 pro. Parcelforce openly admitted they have miss delivered it on the 25th October after sending them cctv footage. I have all this is written proof yet JD Williams don't want to know just keep fobbing me off. I will never use JD Williams again and I would advise you shop else where as this outfit don't know their arsehole from their elbow. They just like to fob you off and think the problem is going to go away.
The last order had been disgusting items not arriving saying on website they were delivered lots issues with order they told me because of the issues that I have had they would take 10% off my garden furniture the guy lied to me as it had another been done I asked him 3 time have you taken the 10% off the garden furniture turns out he never done it after saying he had done service is disgusting I am clearing account of they lie threw there teeth never resolve anything they say they will just disgusting service kevin mcgrath
I bought a pair of sandals from Fifty Plus. OK they only cost £15 or so but the soles were made of polystyrene and on the second wearing disintegrated.
When I complained the company were obstructive and made out they could not identify my account. They were not prepared to help even though I had sent a photo.
I no longer buy from this company as they have very sharp terms of trade and should you be late making a payment for whatever reason they add on a large charge. Their interest rates on part payments are colossal about 30%. On top of this if you need to speak to customer services then you have to call a premium rate line which costs 13 pence per minute.
This company sells poor quality goods and is a total rip off. My advice is AVOID,!
Just brilliant. Excellent value for money. Bought the E fit as I suffer from a bad ankle and painful calf muscles. These are so comfortable and lightweight so not walking in a heavy shoe. The wider width allows for swelling. Nice looking casual shoe. Would highly recommend.
Disgusting company with the worst customer services ever. Having been a loyal customer for over 4 years, purchasing many items and never missing a payment they cut my account without any explanation. Waited a month for a letter explaining that they could at anytime withdraw customers accounts, disgusting treatment. Don't bother using this company. I have spent thousands with them over the years.
Literally the worst customer service that could ever be provided! Ordered 7 blinds almost three weeks ago. These were dispatched but never delivered by their courier EVRI. Made several calls to the South African call centre and was given misinformation every time. Eventually spoken to one of their managers after them refusing to transfer me to somebody in the UK. He told me that I was better ordering the blinds again and assured me that the same thing would not happen. He then ordered the wrong amount of blinds. To my dismay after tracking the items, EVRI again returned it to JD Williams. In the meantime I have approximately £1500 debited to my account for these two sets of blinds that were never delivered and they have not yet refunded me for either. To anyone with a brain, these items obviously exceed the permissible weight and dimensions that EVRI handle, yet they continue to advertise these items and continue to send them out with this courier. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact the Manchester head office, and whilst I have had some replies, they have not responded to me in a timely way and not addressed the issue. They take several days to respond to any email. This company is impossible to deal with.
They sent the wrong blind and took about it took about 2 weeks of painful slow exchanged with their customer service to get this simple fact explained after which they said the supplier had run out of the correct one so couldn't exchange and offered no compensation at all. Customer service is either via premium rate phone or email which takes days to respond every time.
I ordered 4 dresses, they arrived in 3 days, descriptions and photos were perfectly matching the purchases. I am very happy and the staff was very useful in helping.
JD Williams keep telling me i am in arrears on my account, when I know that I am not, but can you get past the first line of their dreadful customer service to speak to someone senior. NO, YOU CAN NOT
Ordered a dishwasher, that was showing as in stock on the website, paid in full, which included a £10.50 delivery charge, and was told it would be delivered in 3-5 working days. 3 working days later still no delivery confirmation, I rang to be told that the dishwasher wasn't in stock, it was expected to come into stock within 5 days but it may not and to ring the next morning to see if it had. I emailed a complaint to jd williams which 3 days later I still had no response to, despite receiving an email stating they would respond within 48 hours. I rang again 2 days later to check whether the dishwasher had come in to stock to be told they are not expecting it for another week. I've cancelled my order but have now got to wait for confirmation of the cancellation from the delivery company, which can take 3-5 days, before they will issue a refund. This is the first time I have used this company and will definitely not consider using them again!
I have been charged a credit charge of £8.52 but paid for the items I kept in full to the value of £47, I have sent 3 emails asking for a refund of this falsely levied charge, so far I havent even had acknowledgment of the emails, I also returned a complete order 3 weeks ago and I havent been credited for the order, I will not be paying for these items and I wont buy anything from them again. I have been a customer for about 20 years but no longer!
