They sent the wrong blind and took about it took about 2 weeks of painful slow exchanged with their customer service to get this simple fact explained after which they said the supplier had run out of the correct one so couldn't exchange and offered no compensation at all. Customer service is either via premium rate phone or email which takes days to respond every time.
Avoid these scammers! My wife thought she was making a single purchase but found she'd been subscribed to a £35 per month service! The shoes are so bad they're not even worth £1 let alone £35! JustFab make it as difficult as possible to cancel or return anything. They make you call a premium 0844 number which is actually illegal under the information cancellation and additional charges regulations 2013.
