I've ordered many items from JClub and have NEVER been disappointed! The selections are so many & top of the line merchandise. Some of the products I've seen on QVC and are so much costlier than JCLub. I look forward to my purchases because I know from past experiences that I'll not have to send it back. Good site & thank you JClub for having such a place where shopping is fun and affordable.

There was a delivery issue and I was totally on my own to pursue it with the post office as customer service at Choxi offered no help when they were contacted. The items I ordered were a very low price so it also made sense to order during the time of day when they have free shipping.
I have shopped at Choxi/NoMoreRack off and on for a couple years. I have received great products throughout that time. My only disappointment was with my last order. Shipping is supposed to be 2-3 weeks (which is understandable since the shipping is so low), but this time my screen protector for my iPhone 6plus took 1 day less than 4 weeks to arrive to my door. Not completely satisfied, but I still got a great product at a low price. Thank you!
I have ordered a few things this time and wanted to know where my product was and if the product was in stock as one of the items are for my 11 year old's birthday and was given the excuse that they did not know if my item was in stock or when it would ship out and that they could not call their distributor to get the info and to look out for their email. Needqless to say I did get my product in time for her birthday and will have to think if I will order from them again.

Choxi is one of my go to pages. Lately it seems like they're suppliers aren't following thru w their commitments. I've waited weeks for items to ship & then get notified that my order had to cancelled since the supplier can fill my order again.
I placed a pretty good sized order and many of the "clearance" items never showed up. My youngest son was very disappointed about not getting the color changing turtle night light.
Love surfing and shopping great deals. Only problem I have is when an item is not available in a particular size or color the customer should not be able to click on it to order because what happened to me wouldn't have happened. Thought I was getting comforter set for Christmas not knowing item was no longer available due to high demand.
I think they would be better off telling you up front that it might be months before you get your order, and oh, by the way, we can't get in touch with our "trading partners" and tell you why it is taking so long. I have been happy with most of the items I get but after a couple of months of waiting, I tend to get frustrated.
I have been buying a lot. I get great deals and low cost shipping.
Recently my last orders were 30 days late. I still have one order to come. I have used the tracking system before and it was spot on.The last of my (late orders) still hasn't arrived and tracking wont work.it says error all the time.
In the past everything was (to me) perfect.

Ordered 3 items, after 4 weeks call and was advised only one was shipping. They were having a problem getting the other 2 from the other provider. Was advised to please give it more time. I wait d 2 more weeks, and only one was able to ship. The other one, the credit was put ack on my credit card. This was the first time I had a problem, but I had to call, no one got in touch with me.
I'm still waiting for the rest of my order and have not heard anything about shipment. It would be better if there were more up to date details of when you could expect your order.
I have made two multiple item orders. From my first order there still two items that have not been delivered yet. That is only reason why I have expressed neither satisfied or dissatisfied. Due to the fact that everything else has been delivered with no problems but there is still pending items from my first order that was purchased on March 8th.
I have only received half my order and I placed the order over a month ago. One of my packets was returned because the sender didn't put my apartment number on it. So I've waited 3 weeks for my packet and have watched it online go back and forth between my post office and California. Rather frustrating. And the skirts I ordered where the wrong ones that were sent to me!
You don't always know when something can not be returned they say no shipping and then there it is just not going to order anything anymore
I had ordered several items for Christmas gifts that were promised to be delivered before Christmas and they were not. I was very disappointed. I had contacted customer service. I had give them the tracking numbers but the item still did not get shipped until yesterday 1/4/16. They really did not do anything exceptional like maybe expedite the order, just told me they would let management know so I felt like they did not go over and beyond to satisfy the customer.
It's been several months since I placed my order with you and still haven't receive more than half the items I've paid and for me this has changed my opinion of this new company. When it was "no more racks " never had these types of issues so please explain to me what's changed besides the name. I would like to receive my product or my money refunded to my account.

I ordered three items and they arrived at separate time except for the last one which I still have not received
I didn't end up receiving all the items I ordered in this order. I inquired to the customer care department regarding the status and was told that it can take weeks to receive and it had already been over 2 weeks. So I waited a little bit more and inquired again to receive the same response. Then a few days later I received an email stating I wasn't getting my order and would receive a refund. This has happened on my last 2 orders with Choi. Not sure I will continue ordering from them.
Every time I had a return, instead of crediting my credit card that was used for purchase, a credit accumulated in my Choxi account. This was troublesome because I was being charged interest on my credit card and assumed the return was being credited back to the card. I had to request the credit back to my charge account several times before it finally happened. Everything is all squared away now and I hold no grudges... just didn't care for this set-up.
I only received one of the many items I ordered. Where are they? Very disappointing.
The items are almost always good but they need
A lot of improvement on shipping, some items come pretty quick
But others take a long time or are never shipped. I think
Part of the problem is UPS having the Postal Service
Making the final delivery, at times I get notice the item has been delivered
And it takes 2 or 3 days to get to the house.
I ordered 2 things from Choxi and only received 1 of them. The item that has not come has never been shipped but I have already paid for it. I think Choxi should not have taken my money until the item had shipped. I was told by Choxi they are in contact with the manufacturer and they will let me know when item will be shipped. It is exactly one month today that the item has been purchased so all I can do is wait
