I've ordered many items from JClub and have NEVER been disappointed! The selections are so many & top of the line merchandise. Some of the products I've seen on QVC and are so much costlier than JCLub. I look forward to my purchases because I know from past experiences that I'll not have to send it back. Good site & thank you JClub for having such a place where shopping is fun and affordable.

Prior to name change from NOMORERACK to Choxi shipments were very timely. My latest order from Choxi on 02/21/2016 is still not complete as of today 03/16/2016.
More than likely I will not be ordering from Choxi in the future... Sorry
On April 30 I ordered a light from jClub. My order was confirmed and approved on May 1. In late May (around the 25th) I emailed the company as my item still said it was "processing". I received a reply that due to COVID they were behind with getting items shipped but mine would be finished and shipped the first week of June. It is June 25 and my item STILL states "processing" and I have emailed the company again on June 17th but they have not answered. I am very disappointed with this company and I just would like to know why it is still taking this long to receive my order.
Waited a month for 2-pack: LED Wheel Lights (Pink) and still did not receive them. I had to e-mail Choxi twice to inquire about my items. There should be some checks and balances in place since the left hand (Choxi) don't know what the right hand (distributing companies) is doing! Then again, I guess there is really no concern since Choxi don't refund any money. A win win for them! Choxi provide credits toward a next order and if you don't order then you lose again.
Ordered my grandkids boots for Christmas. As of today January 5,2016 I have not received the boots nor Can Choxi tell me what happened. I've wasted gas going to my local post offices trying to see if they were being held. Im very disappointed. I'm out of two pair of boots and I lost my money ($64.00)!
I ordered golf sox and bath mats. I received the sox in good time and I like them a lot. I still have not received delivery of the bath mats after over a month. I inquired to the position of the rest of my order and was told that the orders come from different places. I cant understand why its been over a month and have not heard or received delivery of the rest of my order. I love shopping with you, but I will not order anything else without the delivery of my order. Thank you

I ordered one item on January 15 and received no email notification of shipping. I called Choxi twice since then and still have no notification from the manufacturer and have not received the item. Customer service was very good and offered to cancel my order and refund my card and I had opted not to do that both times but still no item. I am hesitant to order anything again.
I ordered the Avantree Ninja Trackpouch on June 2,2016. They told me that this product would take 10-14 working days to be delivered, however, to this date, July 20,2016, I have not received the product nor heard anything about it. Please inform me of the status. Thank you.
Waiting 6 weeks for order. I will give Choxi credit for responding to my emails and phone calls. They have advised I can still wait or cancel the order. I have ordered maybe 25 items or so from Choxi, and this is the first time that I have had this long delay. Waited another week, over 7 weeks, so called back to CHOXI and cancelled order.
My experience lately, I value this company, but purchasing product and not receiving what you order within a timely matter, I've yet received some of the thing I've order months ago, this is a big concern.
It seems since the new year, Choxi's selection and delivery has diminished. For my last 6 orders, I've had to follow up with them. Average delivery is close to 20 days, not the stated 7-15.2 of my orders could not be fulfilled (I wasn't advised until I sent a follow-up email). One order was completely incorrect. Sent email in March still no reply as of today.
To their credit they immediately give me credit for future purchases, but I'm hesitant because of my recent experience.
I don't recall these issues with the original company, NOMORERACK.
The customer service is nice enough but I have had several items that took over 3 weeks just to be ready to ship. Some items didn't even arrive with all of the appropriate accessories. So even though the customer service team helped me resolve these issues, there were simply too many too often to continue using this site. Also, I can find similar or exactly the same items cheaper elsewhere.
Took 3 weeks to let me know the item was not available, so then I ordered again as they said it was available with another seller, anyway still waiting
My orders that I place was confirmed but after not receiving my order i got worried and called. The representative told me that orders was been process. I received an email days after I had spoken with the representative telling me that my orders was not able to be ship and that my money would be refunded. I was disappointed because i have never had this problem before but i was glad my money got refunded.
Seems like the items I have ordered from you have been horrible. The key watch was broken, never worked. Shoes were so uncomfortable, the first pair I thought were going to be nice but we're terrible, the second pair was so cheap, I bought them 2 sizes too big and still couldn't get my foot in them. I also ordered other things sewing machine, sheets that fell apart, I purchased many sheets sets that didn't wash well. Would love to have my money back or better sheets... or I'm done!
I am extremely dissatisfied with your clothes. I have ordered several items the same style and sizes and they do not fit the same. Your return policy does not work well in that situation. I am stuck with many pieces of clothing that are way too big or too small depending on the item. The first 2 shirts I ordered fit perfect so I ordered more in another color, threw away the packaging expecting them to fit the same and they were way too small. Your skirts run way too big so I have 6 skirts I cannot wear. Very disappointing cause I like a lot of the clothing but will not chance ordering again.
On April 7th placed and paid for Order #*******. I have been a frequent customer of nomorerack for years. It seems that since it has changed over to choxi that 50% of my orders I don't receive and have to cancel or re order. Other sites such as Tanga, ect. Have the same great deals and I receive my orders within days. Getting very frustrated with this site and the generic responses that you have to go through to get re-imbursed. My last no show item only got me a store credit not even re-imbursed
I liked the looks of the boots but they do not fit right. I wear 1/2 size and these dont fit too well.
I probably will not order again as my first experience was not too good. Your web site wasnt working right and I ended up with 2 orders of the same products. As a result I didnt get a full refund on the second order and I feel that is unfair as it was not my doing. I also had to get another email address to get the refund. Not too happy with my first order and experience.
I used to be a big fan of Choxi, but now almost all of my orders are going unfulfilled and they don't issue a refund but instead give you extra credit toward another order. I was ok with that for one order, but now 4 orders have ended up that way and that is unacceptable. There are still two orders from early March that I haven't heard about and expect they will also go unfulfilled. Probably won't shop there again after using up this last credit. Very disappointed.
It would be helpful (on Ratings to show item instead of Order No). This was over a month ago and I can't recall. If it was for the Kimberly waist item... I had to contact customer service at least 6 times before I was allowed to return item at my expense. I was, however, reimbursed. It was much easier to deal with customer service when company was Nomorerack. Thus, I have not ordered anything since.
I ordered 4 items that were guaranteed to arrive before Christmas. All were for my daughter that was visiting from another state. Two items arrived, 2 did not. I got them after Christmas and had to mail them to her which cost me another $5.75. I was very disappointed. I received no apology. I like shopping from Choxi, I just wish they would not misrepresent their facts.
I ordered a number of items. The items that I did receive did not fit as expected. The items were too small and were not true to size. The other items that were ordered, never arrived. When I called to inquire about the additional items, I was told that I would receive an email when the items shipped. That was 3 weeks ago. Still wait for the other items?
I have had nothing but good to say about Choxi until this past order. I placed my order on April 11th & received 1 item. Have yet to receive the other 2 items. Contacted customer service twice & just told there is a problem with the manufacturer. I really want and need these 2 items so for now, I am waiting.
